Im really thankful for the time I had here. Jacob is an incredible manager and the tasks are simple and straightforward. Your work schedule will be the same every week which allows you to organize your free time to explore the city. Hostel is well located, rooms are comfortable and quiet and there's a tv room+study room that you can chill. The only negative part is that the kitchens are not well equipped with dishes/pans so you gonna have a hard time prepping a meal but they are already working on it so soon, this won't be a problem anymore. besides that, you will have a blast at the hostel!!! 💖🫶🏻

The hostel was my first volunteering and it was amazing. The most valuable thing that I take from this experience are the connections and friendship made with the other volunteers and some guests, I felt like in home far away from my country. I enjoyed a lot the multicultural and diverse environment in the hostel, where everyone had different points of views, costumes and traditions. About the working shifts, our working hours were always respected and also our days off. Jacob was always flexible with the working days and hours. I think this is the best experience I have ever had

The hostel was simply incredible, I had unforgettable moments and met people that I will take for life, the service is calm and the schedules are respected, a special thanks to Jacob, a phenomenal manager who was very attentive in my case and knew how to help me, a lot real thanks to the whole the hostel team

It was my first volunteer and it was the best thing I've done in my life, I had contact with people from different places in the world like Chile, Spain, Italy, Japan, Taiwan, Poland and several other countries. Most with the aim of improving English. It's a very big personal and social impact to get out of your comfort zone to share life and learn about another culture. EVERYONE should live this experience.

It was my first experience as a volunteer and the truth was quite good, Jacob is really Nice, almost every day he had a question for us to learn about us, the task were not difficult, in addition the community between volunteers was amazing, I made friends that I'm keeping touch. The negative is that the kitchens are not well equipped with dishes and kitchens utensils to cook, in addition there is a long-term volunteer who wanting to give us orders and yelled at us because we unknowingly took a pot from him to cook, he yelled at us that it was him kitchen, since all kitchens are shared.

What an amazing experience in the hostel. My first volunteer and it couldn't have been better. It was everything perfect, the place, the staff, the team and the organization, I felt so comfortable there. I met incredible people and I made very good friends. The work is very fine and the relationship with the managers is always cooperation. Totally recommended.

It was a very special experience for me, I made incredible friends, very special people that I will take with me for the rest of my life. I was able to experience a bit of life in London. About the hostel, there is a lot to do, but the work is not heavy. Jacob is a sensational, fun manager who is always open to listening and values ​​harmony among volunteers. The location of the hostel is very good, easy to reach and you can go to several tourist attractions by walking. The room was very comfortable and spacious, I missed some utensils in the kitchen, but nothing that is not easy to solve.

Volunteering in the hostel was a great learning experience as well as a truly joyful time in family-like community. Accurate and thoughtful manner of management for facilities and staffing made everyone including residents and staffs highly satisfied to be there. Adding to that, continuous communications and exchanges of feedback between each & every member is still making this hostel continue to improve in every respects as a sustainable accommodation for residents and community for international travelers. Thank you for all the experience! I met people from all over the world, I got to know other cultures and it was wonderful to practice my English. Jacob is a great host, very friendly and empathetic. The activities are relaxed and flexible, the hostel has an excellent location, so you can see all of London.
