I must say that as a first experience it was more than positive. I volunteered in housekeeping team, daily main tasks: empty bins, vacuum and mop in guests room. The host provided every day breakfast and dinner (or lunch on weekends). You can use for free laundry and dryer once a week. Shared rooms are in good conditions, with microwave, minifridge and a personal wardrobe. Working hours are respected. I had a really good time there: I met amazing people from around the world! Great atmosphere. I recommend it.

The experience was very good. The structure is well organized and the staff made me feel welcome. The tasks are not hard and the hours have always been respected, with some flexibility as well. My room had everything I needed and the toilets and the showers were pretty good and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of common spaces where it would be possible to relax and socialize. Food was also good.

I very much enjoyed my month at the hostel. The rooms were good. I was in a shared room with 3 other volunteers, all girls. The working hours are respected and depending on your job you will have 1 or 2 days off, usually one. But shifts are short enough we're you will have plenty of time to explore. The staff and other volunteers were all very welcoming and kind! The free breakfast and dinner were also a big money savor and usually pretty good. I hope to come back to London soon!

Essa foi a minha primeira experiência com trabalho voluntário, o hostel é um excelente local. Ela está bem localizado, próxima a estação de metrô e perto de várias atrações turísticas, o que permite explorar tudo a pé. É importante enfatizar que o hostel não é um hostel, mas sim é uma residência para pessoas que vêm a Londres para estudar e/ou trabalhar. O trabalho é tranquilo, tudo previamente combinado e respeitado. Jacob é muito generoso, sempre atento a tudo e a todos. Carlota é uma pessoa gentil e disposta a ajudar. A acomodação é boa, com quartos limpos e um espaço tranquilo.

This was my first experience as a volunteer and I felt very comfortable in the hostel. I met many people from all over the world and I had fun. Working hours are always respected and allow you to have a lot of free time. The quality of the jobs depends on what you get, some are better than others. Lunch and dinner are good, breakfast a little less. In the hostel there are all the things you need and the location of the hostel is very good. I would recommend everyone to have this experience in the hostel because all the staff people are very nice and friendly. I will miss this place.

Foi um voluntário ótimo! fui com bastante medo apesar de não ser meu primeiro voluntariado mas foi incrível Jacob é um cara sensacional, me ajudou em várias coisas e sempre foi muito empático, o trabalho e suas horas são muitooo justas, e sobra bastante tempo para explorar londres :) recomendo muito o voluntariado!

I had such a great time at the hostel. Working in the dining room with Gigi & co. was a fun and social environment to be around, and I miss everyone already. The food was also great. Living conditions were solid and I had a great time hanging out with my roommates. The hostel was very well located, right next to Hyde park and 2 metro stops. A quieter hostel, which was beneficial for me. All of the staff was very kind, the tasks simple, I recommend anyone to volunteer here!

I don't know if I can find the right words to describe how incredible my experience volunteering at Sandeman- Allen house was, the hostel is wonderful, very well located, less than 10 minutes from Hyde park, 2 metro stations and several bus stops, it is possible get to know the main tourist attractions in London by walking through the park, the hostel facilities are very comfortable, the environment is clean and organized and the food is excellent, the entire staff is kind and attentive, the tasks are simple and the schedules are met , I made great friends here, I recommend the experience!

It was a very interesting and pleasant experience, the location of the hotel is excellent for getting to know the most touristic places, the tasks and schedules were always respected and the hosts are very good people without complications. If you are looking for a place to socialize this hotel is not ideal, it is also necessary that they have a social area for volunteers and guests. In general, I really enjoyed my stay and London. recommended for volunteering

Mi experiencia fue muy buena. La ubicación es genial, podes recorrer Londres fácilmente, esta muy cerca de estaciones de bus, metro y mercados. El lugar no es hostel, sino una residencia, donde los huéspedes pasan largas estancias. La mayoría son cordiales pero algunos son conflictivos y groseros con los voluntarios. Las tareas son sencillas de realizar, la comida es abundante, pero faltan espacios comunes para poder socializar con otros voluntarios. Un punto importante a mejorar, es el de informar que no se puede ser voluntario por mas de 30 días en toda la cadena.
