Thank you for this beautiful experience. Couldn't have wished better for my first volunteering. You'll have plenty of free time to visit as much as you can of Lisboa, you'll interact with amazing people and will have a comfortable place where to stay and cooking. I got to practice my English, Spanish and french and learning some Portuguese. I'm very happy and grateful for everything 🤗

I'm so glad I chose UGH for my first volunteering experience - it was everything I could've wished for. Everyone from the staff is amazing which makes everything so much easier. The work itself is really easy and the working hours are respected. The ratio of working days and days off is perfect as you get plenty of time to explore the city. But the best part was definitely the connections I made! I don't even have the words to describe what my group made me feel, but if i had to try i'd say it was definitely like a family. Miss everyone already <3

My experience in the hostel was amazing. All the schedules are respected and you have plenty of time to explore the city. The staff is very nice and welcoming and always open to help. It felt like a family with the rest of volunteers and I couldn't ask for something better 🩷 highly recommended

It's was my first Worldpackerd experience and I was really glad I did it here. The staff were super inviting and welcoming. They were always willing to help when needed. The tasks were manageable. I had done the night shift and mostly worked alone but was always able to reach a staff member if I needed support. The hostel has a very cozy environment making it easy for you to meet new people and feel comfortable during your stay. I would definitely do this again in the future!

Was my first experience volunteering and solo travel, it was an amazing experience. Everyone really friendly, Ale and Kip always ready for help (thanks you both are amazing!). The location is really good, easy access to public transport and close to city center. The work was really easy and the schedule was respected. In the night shift we needed deal with a lot of things and sometimes, things is not supposed to deal alone, but I had a great time, I made truly friends, I recommend and I will be back for sure!

Foi uma experiência incrível, me conectei com pessoas muito especiais. Trabalhei no turno da noite, da meia noite até 8 da manhã. Alguns dias eram mais desafiadores do que outros, tendo que lidar com imprevistos, mas eu sempre conseguia me comunicar com alguém da equipe que me ajudava. Eu trabalhava 3 dias seguidos e tinha 6 dias off seguidos, o que era maravilhoso! Os outros voluntários eram como uma família para mim, já estou com saudades! A localização do hostel é ótima e adorei o hostel em si também. Acho que a experiência depende muito de quem são os outros voluntários, eu tive sorte ❤️

This was my first time volunteering and I couldn't have expected to have such an amazing experience. I was lucky to have a great group of volunteers with me during my time. The shifts are pretty easy and nothing hard. Working 3 shifts with 72hours off after. Huge thank you to all the staff Ale, kip and Kessya were amazing and really made the time at UGH a month I won't forget. 🫶🏼🫶🏼
