Mi experiencia de voluntariado en el hostel ha sido absolutamente increíble. El equipo es fantástico; todos son personas maravillosas, amables y siempre dispuestas a ayudar. Conocí a gente increíble, tanto otros voluntarios como huéspedes, y formé amistades que sin duda llevaré conmigo toda la vida. El ambiente relajado del hostel me hizo sentir como en casa. Además, la ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro de la ciudad. Recomiendo al 100% esta experiencia. No podría haber elegido un mejor lugar para mi primer voluntariado. ¡el hostel será siempre un lugar especial para mí!

I spent about a month and a half at the hostel and if I could have spent a year there, I would've. I absolutely loved the time I spent in Porto, with the other volunteers and the guests at the hostel. The shifts are so much fun (especially the night time bar shift) and such a great way to meet new people. This summer was one of the best I've ever had and I accredit it all to my time here!

My second time at the hostel and things couldn't have been better, I can call it my home. The host Lourenço is a five-star guy and you can count on him whenever you need. The location is the best you can have. Parties, beautiful experiences and incredible friendships, I experience all of this.

I don't think I will be able to describe in words my experience at the hostel! All of the people (fellow volunteers, the stuff and guests - were truly amazing) I have never met so many beautiful souls gathered at one place! I have found great caring friends that I will never forget, I have felt like home, created amazing memories and friendships that will last a lifetime. All people from the hostel became my family that will always stay in my heart! I will definitely come to see them as soon as I can! I am so grateful for this experience and recommend to join this magical place✨❤️

My time at the hostel was amazing!! The staff and other volunteers are some of the kindest I've encountered during my travels, and this exchange was a wonderful way to immerse myself in the Portuguese culture. Porto is a truly amazing city, and staying at the hostel made the experience even better. I highly recommend the hostel to anyone :)

Great hostel with amazing staff and volunteers! The work is very easy, during the breakfast shift you almost always finish early and the other shifts are pretty chill too. All the facilities are super clean, I felt super comfortable. Thank you for this amazing month!

The hostel is a lovely place! Everyone who works there is welcoming and warm, the work is as described, and it was just coming out of low season while I was there so most shifts were very chill. The hostel is big so sometimes there are big groups, but there is always a staff member on shift with you (unless they step outside to smoke) so you're never responsible alone! I hadn't worked behind a bar before but you'll learn on shift. Porto is a beautiful fun city, and there are multiple cool day trips to do nearby, so I would definitely recommend this!

My experience volunteering here was truly amazing, the entire team makes you feel like part of a family since day one. The tasks and hours of volunteering are very fair, and you still have a lot of free time to enjoy the city, which is very lovely!!!! Anyways, the work is also very enjoyable because of the hostel's atmosphere itself. If you are thinking of volunteering here, go for it, you won't regret it. Indeed, you may want to stay longer <3 <3 :). Thank you the hostel team for everything, it was my pleasure being there <3 <3 :)

I know that I will never be able to put my experience from the last 6 months into words. It's merely impossible. My time here was beyond anything I imagined. All the love, the deep connections, the friendships and the compassion I found in this place will forever stay with me. This hostel is something very special and I would highly recommend everyone to go there. Doesn't matter if it's for volunteering or for a visit. Thank you for this incredible time! We will meet again soon <3
