The whole experience was truly amazing. You feel like you are part of a family and the hostel itself has a magical atmosphere to it. The hours and work are very fair and on other days you get to explore the mountains and the local culture. It's a good place to reset and to meet other international people. I will definitely be back :)

I fell in love with the hostel from the first moments. Marzena, the other volunteers and the cats welcomed me very warmly. Honestly, this experience exceeded my expectations. The work was also a pleasure to do and the hostel feels like another home and the volunteers like another family. All the guests were also lovely, this place is a magnet to great people! It really is a special place, thanks to Marzena and the rest of the GBL team. I wish I spent more time here! I will miss the hostel and the people. Thank you!!

I really enjoyed my time here. I've been backpacking since early October and it was a great finish to my travels. Marzena was incredibly fair, the work was super light, I feel like I barely did anything for the accommodation I was given. 10/10 recommend, I hope to come back. Que hermoso es este lugar💖 el hostel es el lugar mas lindo que visité en mi vida y sin dudas Marzena tiene el hostal que tiene por como es ella manejandolo, es un hogar. Se siente hogar cuando vas como huesped y cuando en realidad estas viviendo y trabajando ahi. Trabajas las 19 horas como dice, las tareas son simples y se aprenden muy rápido, nuestra habitacion es un hermoso atico lleno de hostorias y algunos dias de la semana tambien tenés cenas que da el hostal. Sin dudas recomiendo esta experiencia y volveré algun dia💖 Gracias Marzena y equipo✨

Hola a todos me he tomado el tiempo para escribir 🖋️ por que debo decir que mi experiencia fue única, pude aprender mucho en cuanto a las actividades a realizar, de la misma cultura local, el respeto que hay por todo lo común que existe, Marzena es una persona súper energética , cercana, comunicativa para apoyar siempre en toda las consultas lo cual te da seguridad para estar ahí. El Hospedaje es un sitio súper de cuento acogedor estoy muy agradecida por permitirme vivir esta experiencia

A very cozy hostel, nestled among the trees in the Tatras. An amazing experience to connect with international travelers and explore the Tatra Mountains. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The workload is not to much and the owner, Marzena gives ample amount of time off. A beautiful hostel to come back to repeatedly. Thank you for allowing me to stay for three ish months.

My experience at Good Bye the hostel was more than perfect. It was my first volunteering and my first trip alone and I couldn't have chosen a better place. This volunteering is located in a beautiful town full of forests where you can do several hikes with impressive views and different levels of difficulty. The hostel became my second home and the coexistence with all the volunteers was very nice and fun. The work isn't complicated and you learn quickly.The owner Marzena is a very kind and hard-working person who makes you feel comfortable from the first moment and explains it to you with patience

What a gem. I'm so grateful I got to volunteer at GBL---there's absolutely nothing I would change about my experience and I will definitely be coming back. The hostel is super cozy and very well located, and the workload is very light for what you get in return. You get plenty of time to explore the mountains, the city/surrounding towns, or just relax in the hostel. Marzena was lovely and very clearly cares deeply about the well-being of the hostel, its guests, and the volunteers. <33

GBL was a wonderful place to volunteer, the hostel itself has a lovely energy and Marzena is a very kind host who always adapted to any changes of plans. The work was reasonable and left many days to explore the beautiful mountains, and the people at the hostel were extremely welcoming!
