Hi! I’m a friendly host living in a quiet neighborhood in southwest Beijing, close to downtown. I speak both Chinese and English, and I live with my lovely cat 🐱.

I’m looking for a volunteer who’s passionate about body movement, fitness, and overall well-being, and who enjoys teaching and sharing healthy habits.

My goal is to build a sustainable routine, not extreme training.

💪 What you’ll help me with

🏋️ Fitness & Sports

Strength training guidance (muscle gain & fat loss)

Teaching correct form, safe progression, and simple routines

Optional: sports training (basketball, badminton, tennis, etc.)

🧘 Mobility, Yoga & Recovery

Stretching and mobility routines (shoulders, hips, back)

Beginner-friendly yoga sessions

Relaxation, breathing, or light meditation guidance

Simple posture and daily movement habits

🗣️ Language & Daily Life

English speaking practice (daily conversation, corrections, confidence)

Light household help: keeping the home tidy
