We had an amazing stay at the hotel and couldn't be more grateful to have Athula as our host! We got to stay in one of the hotel rooms which was very nice, the food was great and the job was a lot of fun. Athula is an extremely friendly, social and generous person and when is comes to work he is very flexible and open minded. It felt like he really appreciated all the input we gave and gave us a lot of freedom to contribute in different ways. We highly recommend this place and host! Thank you Athula for everything, and see you again!☺️🫶🏼

It was my first experience through worldpackers and I couldn't have chosen better! Athula - the owner of the hotel, is the most kind, friendly and helpful! He is also very flexible when it comes to working days and days off. Your work load is varied and you can also come up with your own ideas! The food and accommodation were great. The hotel staff are also very friendly and in general you feel like at home in this place. I definitely recommend this place and experience at all, you will love it! Thank u for everything Athula <3

Volunteering at the hotel was amazing. Athula, the owner, is super generous and appreciative of feedback. The volunteers are encouraged to come up with tasks they are good at and help in any way, they have talents in. So we painted, but also create content - every day is different here. I highly encourage anyone to come here.

This experience was even better than I could have imagined! The place itself was absolutely amazing and the staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. The work was super chill and flexible, allowing plenty of time to explore the area and go on amazing trips. Athula, the host, is the sweetest guy, always making sure everyone is happy and having a good time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxed and unforgettable experience.

It was a pleasure having Zofyra with us and she is such a wonderful person and she got involved in our daily operation and helped in Housekeeping, Reception, Social Media, Bar tending etc and made certain things more effective. We truly miss her and we wish her well in all her future endeavors.

I stayed 2 weeks in this volunteers experience and all was perfect ! Room was confortable, very great food and the boss Athula spent time with us and left us a lot of flexibility for our schedules and offs days. Concerning work, we had the freedom to be creative, organize events and promote the hotel through social media ! it was my first volunteers experience and im really grateful ! :)

This was an amazing experience. Athula, the boss, is super welcoming, friendly, chill, flexible and spent a lot of time with us. We always had all food and drinks included and mostly ate from a buffet. We did great activities together and its a good thing that Athula wants to always have a group of volunteers here. We did Social Media, bartending and reception work. I am happy that I decided to go here and can just recommend it. Thank you a lot

I had an amazing time in the hotel!! The host, Athula is an amazing host, welcoming from the first day, and very flexible about the schedule. For my tasks I had to come up with ideas for social media and events, and create them! Athula also took us to Colombo to work in his cafe and it was amazing because the change of environment. The hotel is amazing and the food aswell, you are literally 1min away from the beach, is literally just right there!!

Nuestra experiencia fue buena, el hotel está muy bien,cerca de la playa, las instalaciones también, y los trabajadores y el jefe del hotel son muy amables y serviciales, lo único que nos costó un poco fue la comida, que para nosotros era picante y teníamos poca variedad para elegir, también que el hotel está un poco alejado de todo para ir a ver otros sitios del país, pero la experiencia está muy bien para alguien que quiera estar en un ambiente relajado y tranquilo, en un hotel que tiene de todo cerca de la playa, y conocer cómo trabajan las personas locales.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of challenges and great learning. In the beginning, with the owner away, tasks and meal arrangements were a bit unorganized, but once Athula returned everything became clear and better-coordinated. the hotel is beautiful and has space to grow, especially in staff organisation. I learned a lot in sales and marketing and truly felt part of the team. As my first volunteering experience, it taught me so much. Thank you Athula and Umesh for the opportunity!

It was a very good experience in the hotel. Athula and the staff are great people, always smiling. The meals were appreciated by all, the room was also correct. Regarding work, I just worked in housekeeping, it's not complicated. And I was once at the Colombo café, which was pretty nice! If I could give advice it would be to diversify the tasks of the volunteers.
