My time here has been absolutely amazing!There is so much to do in chiang rai and this was the perfect opportunity. The work is cut out and really doesn't feel like work, the hostel is extremely social and you have activities everyday. Joe and First truly know how to make you feel at home♥️ I had the time of my life here with the other volunteers and i will always cherish the memories i made here. if you want a real hostel/backpacking experience come here. You're gonna make friends and memories for life . Thanks the hostel , I will be back ♥️ Ps- their 2 french bulldogs are LOVE♥️

It was a great experience, the city is quiet, there are many different things to do and know. At the hostel you have a very pleasant environment to socialise and make new friends. The proposed activities are easy and organised. Firts and Joe are great people, I already miss this place ♥

From trying local food to seeing local celebrations, our experience here was truly special and unique. We honestly cannot recommend it highly enough. Staying at GetHi Hostel was a really good experience. First and Joe are really nice and easy to talk to. I did have to leave earlier than what was scheduled but I still had a great time over there. Work is easy and the hours were respected, the hostel is very social and you can easily make new friends :) whenever I'm back to Chiang Rai, that's the place I'll stay at!

Absolutely adored my time at the hostel with First & Joe. Everything about this place is amazing - the atmosphere, the work, the people, the energy, the space. Made so many memories with the volunteers and guests. Easy work in exchange for great accommodation and hospitality. Chiang rai itself is quiet, but there's so much to do! It's easy to relax and take a step back at this hostel, but also go on fun adventures. Forever grateful for my time spent here, I can't wait to come back. Highly recommend! Thank you!

My experience with First and Joe has been nothing short of incredible. This was my first volunteer experience and the beginnings of my international travels and they have made it the best start I could ask for. This hostel is one for the books. Very social and involved, events every night, and the true feeling of family, for guests and volunteers alike. First and Joe are so incredibly kind, caring, and are overall great company to have. I'd recommend this hostel to anyone and everyone. I absolutely see myself returning in the future. Thank you Joe and First, love you dearly ❤️❤️

I highly recommend to do volunteering at the hostel. The moment I arrived joe, first and the volunteers welcomed me very warmly. The tasks are really reasonable and easy to manage. I learned so much at that place, there is so much more to do in Chiang Rai than you think. I made so many amazing friends there. I am definitely gonna come back here!!

My stay at GetHi was super comfortable and chill. It was a great place to work and reset after months of travel. Met some amazing other travellers and volunteers during my time here. There is so much to do and see in Chiang Rai! What an amazing gem of a city that is too often skipped by others. The volunteer work was fairly simple, although some midday shifts felt awkward to plan other activities / sightseeing around. Joe and First are lovely hosts and are good about rotating the shifts pretty evenly. I felt well cared for and right at home during my entire stay. Highly recommend!

It was one of the best places I have volunteered in! From day one, I felt so much care and love for me, other volunteers and all the guests. You can be sure that First and Joe will do everything to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your time in Chiang Rai. The working hours are really reasonable and respected. The work itself is not hard and fun, you have a chance to meet international travellers and join trips and activities. I made such good friends in the hostel and it truly became my home! I'll definetely be back to experience all of it again 💛
