Esta fue mi primer experiencia como voluntario y sin duda la repetiría, desde el primer día me sentí muy bienvenido por todo el equipo y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarme. La habitación es cómoda, el ambiente es agradable y las tareas que realicé fueron sencillas, siempre respetándose el horario. No coincidí con otros voluntarios pero conocí gente muy buena vibra. Excelente para quienes quieran explorar esta ciudad y lo que tiene para ofrecer. Muchas gracias por todo!

I stayed two weeks at the hotel it was amazing. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming, the job is pretty easy and the hours are really good. The included breakfast has a lot of variety, the only “issue” is that while you have breakfast guests might come in, so you have to finish quickly. The facilities are really clean and organized, and it really helps having a washing machine and kitchen for free. I would definitely recommend this experience to volunteers that travel with a friend, as you have a lot of free time to sightsee and the job might be boring while being alone.

100% recommended. The staff is very friendly (they are mostly young and students). Vanessa was always attentive and we felt very welcome. The work is very simple and monotonous and the hours are respected. If you come as a couple I recommend it. There are no volunteer activities or events at the hostel, but if you are looking for a room and breakfast in exchange for a job this is your volunteer. So you have a lot of free time for yourself

I thank Vanesa and her team for make the best i enjoyed my expirience it was nice to get to know people from different places and be part of a cultural exchange, the activities were easy and the time was respect and the location is very nice you have the metro station near i would definely come back.

I loved this volunteer program, everyone in the hostel were so kind, the work is not difficult and the schedule it was always perfect and thanks to that me and my friend we could visit a lot of places near the hotel far from the hotel as well. It is perfect to practice German and English. I'm so thankful for this experience, specially because I made a lot of friendships in this volunteer so I 100% recommend it. Thank you Vanessa and team I hope I can come back again :).

My experience while volunteering at the hotel was great! Really enjoyed my time there. The hours of working were respected, never felt like I wasn't accompanied in the process (Vanessa is such a great support). There was flexibility, I felt like my needs were fulfilled and the location/facilities were more than enough.

They accepted us and a friend for this volunteering, the truth is that the Hostel was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Vanessa was very kind to us and the guys at the reception were geniuses. I recommend:)

Recomiendo este voluntariado al 100%!! Los turnos respetan las horas y las tareas son sencillas! Te dan el desayuno y la cena en caso de que los huéspedes reserven una! Los últimos días tuvimos una mini heladera en el cuarto lo que nos ayudó a conservar nuestra comida! En cuanto a la ubicación está cerca de un shopping y de la estación de tren vía que conecta muy bien! Gracias a Vanesa por ser siempre tan comprensiva! De seguro la van a pasar bien!

The highlight of my stay was the incredible support from Vanessa and Anas, the managers. They were not only understanding but also remarkably helpful. You can truly rely on them to make your experience smooth and enjoyable. During my time there, I learned so much about the kindness and generosity of German people. Their welcoming nature and willingness to help truly changed my perspective. For me their generosity and willingness to help surpassed even that of fellow expatriates. It's heartening to experience such genuine hospitality, and I hold immense respect for the native Germans.
