Mi experiencia en ARA fue muy buena. Dudo que pueda agregar mucho más de lo que dicen todas las reseñas previas, pero sí afirmar que cumple con la expectativa. El trabajo realizaado allí es muy bueno, las instalaciones para los animales están muy bien diseñadas y adaptadas. Se está atento al bienestar de ellos y se busca socializarlos y conseguirles una familia. El ambiente de trabajo es muy bueno, el staff y los voluntarios que me encontré allí en general tienen todos muy buena energía y ganas de colaborar en un proyecto tan importante. Definitivamente recomendable y espero algun día volver!!

My time at ARA was incredible. The workers' passion for the animals is truly inspiring, and they go out of their way to make volunteers feel welcome and appreciated. The work is well-organized and manageable, making each day enjoyable and rewarding. One of the highlights of my stay was meeting wonderful people who have become good friends. I'm grateful for the memories I've made and hope to return one day to be a part of this amazing place again.

My stay with ARA had been amazing. The team was very welcoming and I felt taken care of very well as they try to make the volunteers' wishes happen as best as possible. The shifts were very well coordinated and easy to do. Being a small part of the dogs' & cats' journey felt very enriching and I enjoyed getting to know the animals. I've met some amazing people during my stay who became good friends. Thank you for having me! :)

I had a great time at ARA as always. There's a reason why I (and a lot of people with me) keep coming back. It's a great set up in terms of layout of the shelter and the routine of the workday. I really like the freedom you get to spend extra time with the animals when you want to and I love to see so many animals leave for their forever homes. I will be back again!

I had a great experience volunteering at the shelter. The team is dedicated and passionate about the shelter welfare, and I felt welcomed from the start. A highlight was learning twice a week from a professional dog trainer and applying those techniques with the dogs. The shelter is well-organized, and living and working with the other volunteers was a lot of fun. I would gladly return for another stay.

It's a fulfilling experience. Here the cats and the doggos are well taken care of🩵 The work is very fair. The staff is passionate and caring. The spaces are well thought of, not only for the volunteers for the animals too. The training is interesting and fun. Getting to see some of the dogs behaviors change when they are approached properly and with patience is rewarding. I'd love to come back, it's a humbling space where you recieve a lot more than you give! And the goats roaming freely at night made everything more unique. Obrigado :)

This is truly an amazing place! The staff is really kind and so comitted to the welfare of the animals and it's noticeable in the whole atmosphere of the place. The hours are totally fair and were always respected. You have a lot of time you can spend with the dogs and cats socialising and getting to know them, which I loved. As well as getting a chance to meet so many great and interesting people!! I had an amazing time volunteering with ARA, I can only recommend!!

The staff were super helpful and valued our opinions, and the other volunteers were so friendly! You get a lot of time to connect with the dogs and i miss them already🐕 The hours are really fair and you still have a lot of free time in between and after shifts, as well as during days off to explore. the staff house is well equipped and cozy, the only problem was that we had bed bugs but the staff handled it accordingly and moved us out. overall i had an amazing time and would recommend to everyone!
