This hostel will feel like a home within hours of you being there! The team is so friendly and they make you feel so welcome. The work is very reasonable and you normally finish before midday, giving you time to socialise, explore the town or work if you need to. I loved the hostel so much i decided to stay after my volunteer work finished and was lucky enough to get a job on reception. It was also easy to get a job in town if you need to work while volunteering. I would highly, highly recommend this experience to a backpacker who is looking to meet lots of new friends and have lots of fun.

Great place down in the hostel, I was fortunate to work with any awesome group of other volunteers, and the culture of the hostel was super welcoming from the start. Super simple morning work gives you tons of time to hit the beach & explore. Ben & Monsy definitely have their hostel under control

This hostel is very homey and the people are all very welcoming and friendly! There is a good mix of long term and short term guests so you can make a good friend group. The work is very chill and only in the morning so you have the whole afternoon to do what you want. I will miss all the people here very much!!

Ben and Monique offer a relaxing hostel for you to enjoy on the coast of Eastern Australia! the hostel is a very small town but has a good heart to it, the people who live in the city are of the older crowd and are mostly retired. There is a good surf community as the hostel offers multiple beaches that have quite a few breaks, the hostel offers surfboards but some of them need their fins fixed. The hostel is located at the top of the town and the town is extremely walkable! Nice quiet place to enjoy the coastline of Eastern Australia that I recommend, not a rowdy town or hostel at all.

I had an amazing experience at the hostel! The work is manageable and fair, with around 2 hours of work every day. The hostel is a beautiful old house that quickly feels like home. But what made my experience so memorable was the people - Ben is a great host, friendly, funny and welcoming. I also made some amazing friends, that quickly became like my family, in the other staff and guests! I would highly recommend this worldpacker experience for any the hostel who are looking to experience a slower, more relaxed aussie lifestyle!

A beautiful experience in the hostel. I met wonderful people even if I didn't speak a lot..english language fault.. :).. but they understood me and I would say them thank you for everything! Ben is a beautiful person and help everyone and I am agree with his sostenaitble mind. I raccomand this experience.

I had a truly lovely 4 week stay here. I met some amazing fellow travelers, especially lots of girls I really clicked with and had so much fun with. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, it genuinely feels like a little family living together in a small house. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment

This was my first volunteering experience and it was absolutely amazing! Since the first day PMB felt like home. I love the hostel, it's very cozy. Everyone was so lovely and friendly, you become like a big family. The task are pretty easy and fair and Ben is a great host! Thank you, Ben for this amazing opportunity!
