Lo disfruté! Las tareas son bastante sencillas y lo bueno es q tuve bastante autonomía para hacerlas, especialmente durante los fines de semana que hacía doble turno. El trabajo de recepción es tranquilo y lo mejor es que no demanda mucho tiempo, así q el resto del turno puedes estar inteactuando con los demás o teniendo un tiempo para ti. Ben es super buena onda, me recibió con los brazos abiertos y confió un montón en mí y mi trabajo :)

I spent a little over two months and I really enjoyed my stay at PMB. The hours and tasks are exactly as agreed and people in the hostel are amazing; they made my stay way more meaningful and fun. The beach is around 25min walk, the buses stop is just one block away and supermarkets are pretty close. Thank you so much, this place let me meet people that are now very dear friends <3

I had a fantastic time at the hostel. As it was Christmas and New Year, the hostel was busy with lots of people, but there was always a good group of long term stayers too. It was my first Christmas away from home but doing Secret Santa and a big dinner was so much fun! Ben is a fantastic host and makes you feel at home. The work is very fair and allows plenty of time to explore the hostel and find extra work. The facilities are good - the pool is great on hot days. Overall, highly recommend volunteering at this hostel.

This hostel will feel like a home within hours of you being there! The team is so friendly and they make you feel so welcome. The work is very reasonable and you normally finish before midday, giving you time to socialise, explore the town or work if you need to. I loved the hostel so much i decided to stay after my volunteer work finished and was lucky enough to get a job on reception. It was also easy to get a job in town if you need to work while volunteering. I would highly, highly recommend this experience to a backpacker who is looking to meet lots of new friends and have lots of fun.

Great place down in the hostel, I was fortunate to work with any awesome group of other volunteers, and the culture of the hostel was super welcoming from the start. Super simple morning work gives you tons of time to hit the beach & explore. Ben & Monsy definitely have their hostel under control

This hostel is very homey and the people are all very welcoming and friendly! There is a good mix of long term and short term guests so you can make a good friend group. The work is very chill and only in the morning so you have the whole afternoon to do what you want. I will miss all the people here very much!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hostel. The work was good, the people were amazing, and the atmosphere was cozy and homey. We felt welcomed from the beginning and were happy to be part of the place! 🙌🏼

Ben and Monique offer a relaxing hostel for you to enjoy on the coast of Eastern Australia! the hostel is a very small town but has a good heart to it, the people who live in the city are of the older crowd and are mostly retired. There is a good surf community as the hostel offers multiple beaches that have quite a few breaks, the hostel offers surfboards but some of them need their fins fixed. The hostel is located at the top of the town and the town is extremely walkable! Nice quiet place to enjoy the coastline of Eastern Australia that I recommend, not a rowdy town or hostel at all.

I had an amazing experience at the hostel! The work is manageable and fair, with around 2 hours of work every day. The hostel is a beautiful old house that quickly feels like home. But what made my experience so memorable was the people - Ben is a great host, friendly, funny and welcoming. I also made some amazing friends, that quickly became like my family, in the other staff and guests! I would highly recommend this worldpacker experience for any the hostel who are looking to experience a slower, more relaxed aussie lifestyle!
