Couldn't have had a better experience! the place is nice and very close to the center (I only used the metro a couple times in 3 weeks) and Alex was a great host! He helped me since the start and was very kind (also very chill with changing schedule to accommodate my needs). His mom was always around and even tho she didn't speak English she made me feel very welcomed and was great to be around. Alex also made me feel very safe in the hostel, and as a woman that of the utmost importance to me. the guests were nice and so were the other volunteers, I don't have any complaints :)

Everything is very relaxed and cool. The work is well organized. The morning and afternoon's shifts can be quite intense. Alex is shy but cool and friendly. It provides us with basic food to survive without spending much more. The staff is usually only girls and a beautiful sisterhood climate is generated. Have a great time the hostel, I hope to return soon. Thanks for all!

I had a wonderful time there, it was the best choise to stay the hostel. Alex is very kind and he provides everything to have a good stay. The hostel offers a variety of supplies for cooking and save some money. I also met so many interesting people, guests and volunteers, the girls were just like family, I had so many memories from this experience, it was first one and I want to keep traveling just like this ❤. Thank you for everything guys!!!

It is an incredible place, Alex along with the rest of the staff at all times are supporting and learn a lot, I totally recommend this Hostal and the magnificent city along with its gastronomy.

It was my first experience doing work exchange. The hostel is not that big and the host, Alex is so kind and generous so that there was no problem on work and benefit as well. Just it was winter at that time and there were not that many guests so that it was a bit silent time, mostly staying the hostel. If someone hesitate whether to do this or not, it's not bad I think, but recommend to do it shortly! But, it can be differed from person according to which plan he sets. GOOD LUCK FOR ALL!
