En mi experiencia, pude conectar con gente de diferentes lugares a través del Hostel. Fernando es un gran anfitrión, generoso, atento y siempre con iniciativa para hacer planes. Los horarios de trabajo te permiten recorrer la ciudad y alrededores. Cadiz es un lugar hermoso para disfrutar del sol, el mar y sus playas.

El volontariado en el hostel fue mi primero y no hubiera podido tener mejor experiencia. Fernando es una persona muy guay, los horarios son siempre respetados y el trabajo es sencillo. Fernando siempre está ahí para ayudar por si acaso. El edificio es muy bien ubicado, a 5 min de la playa y en el centro histórico de la cuidad. Hay una terraza muy guay para disfrutar del sol. Internet suficiente para trabajar y hacer vídeo llamadas sin problema. Se puede también trabajar en el café del hostal. La habitación se comparte con las otras voluntarias (fueron muy guays!). Vuelvo pronto!

My experience at Hostel the hostel in Cádiz was absolutely amazing! The host is incredibly kind and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the very first day. The atmosphere at the hostel is vibrant, friendly, and full of positive energy. The tasks were simple and easy to manage, leaving plenty of time to explore the beautiful city of Cádiz. I met so many wonderful people during my stay, both travelers and locals, and made memories I'll cherish forever. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a warm, fun, and unforgettable volunteering opportunity!

Recomiendo mucho este voluntariado, perfecto para conocer la cultura, Cádiz es una ciudad muy linda, los horarios siempre se respetaron y el trabajo es muy fácil, , Fernando desde el primer dia te recibe con los brazos abiertos, siempre al pendiente de sus voluntarios , muchas gracias por todo.

Tuve una experiencia increíble en este voluntariado. Fernando y Simone son personas geniales, muy amables y acogedoras. Me alegra muchísimo haberlos conocido, al igual que a mis compañeras de voluntariado, con quienes compartí muchos momentos. Las tareas son sencillas y, al mismo tiempo, me permitieron aprender nuevas habilidades. Además, los espacios son muy lindos y el ambiente es muy agradable. Lo mejor es que hay mucho tiempo libre para explorar la ciudad, y la playa está a solo 3 minutos, ¡nunca te cansas de ir! Sin duda, una experiencia que recomendaría muchísimo.

Sono stata accolta con piacere dal 1° giorno La stanza è piccola ma va bene per un ostello Posizione ottima per distrutar Cadiz al massimo Non ci sono veri e propri spazi comuni,né attività per conoscersi,se non si è estroversi non è facile fare amicizia Il lavoro è ok ma non c'è nessuno stipendiato, solovolontarie La colazione non è inclusa,avevamo5€a settimana Si impara lo spagnolo! Mi sono trovata benissimo con le altre ragazze, ho conosciuto tante persone e mi porterò nel cuore questa esperienza Grazie Fernando per aver sempre fatto in modo di farci sentire a casa e farci divertirtire💛

Este voluntariado es ideal si buscas un lugar tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la calma. Si lo que quieres es fiesta y mucho movimiento, quizás no sea el sitio indicado, porque aquí todo es bastante relajado. Algo a tener en cuenta es que como hay pocos voluntarios, el turno de 12 a 4 puede sentirse un poco solitario y largo si te toca hacerlo solo, aunque cuando compartes el turno con alguien más la experiencia cambia mucho. Los demás horarios son mucho más llevaderos. Gracias por entender que tuviera que irme antes <3 Abrazoooos

This experience overall was not exactly what I was hoping for. I felt as if there was often little patience or empathy when I did not understand things, I came into this experience not having the greatest spanish skills, but wanting to improve and learn more. I was very excited about the opportunity to learn more, and I definitely did learn a lot and was able to communicate. But I often felt as if my inability to communicate clearly in Spanish was hindering my experience. That being said I would only recommend this experience to people who have a high level of spanish.

Alisson, we're sorry about your expectation, maybe if you had told the truth from the beginning about your Spanish level, things would have been different. We tried repeatedly and in different ways to help you understand and involve you in everything. It´s unfair to say we lacked patience or empathy in trying to help you. For anyone who wants to volunteer, wherever they are, being honest about your abilities is important so that no one gets frustrated.

My experience was different from what I expected. I believe each volunteer can have different experiences, but in my case I felt that I didn't find what I was looking for. I hope that with some adjustments, future travelers can enjoy the opportunity even more. I'm grateful for having had the chance to participate of the Worldpackers platform.

Jorge no solo fuiste uno de los peores voluntarios que hemos tenido , sino que además has sido una mala persona ya que te has dedicado por hobby y *venganza* a dejar malas reseñas sobre nosotros en Google y otras plataformas. Venganza sin sentido porque aunque nos criminalices te soportamos durante 15 días de infierno para nosotros haciendo lo mínimo y no queriendo aprender procesos muy simples. Los números de teléfono de los guapos que entraban por la puerta si los aprendías. Nada que añadir

Las tareas son fáciles y se respeta el horario, por lo que facilita mucho poder conocer Cádiz! 🫶🏻
