here’s much better places to go.
We work more time than a lot of employees who are paid and it’s supposed we are VOLUNTEERS, but we work as if this is a minijob but for free.
In the breakfast you have to be there 30 minutes earlier because Sulleyman, the kitchen manager is lazy and not always refill the food, which means you often eat leftovers.
Also, i did’t had good luck with the last two volunteers i been with (Natan and Raúl) who are rude, disgusting and they act as if they were dead inside.
In the Christmas season i didn’t heard one single merry Christmas from the manager

Unfortunately, during your stay you regularly skipped workdays, arrived late and showed little interest in contributing. In addition, there were incidents of taking drinks from the bar without permission, which is completely unacceptable.Our volunteer schedule and responsibilities are clearly explained in advance. Your comments about our staff and other volunteers are inaccurate and disrespectful, and do not reflect the environment we maintain.We wish you the best in finding a better fit .

I had an amazing experience at A&O Galluswarte. I was supposed to stay for 6 weeks but ended up staying for 5 months, which says a lot. The tasks were easy and enjoyable, and Malina is an incredible manager — always helpful and supportive. The best part, however, was the staff: everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made this experience truly special. I also met great volunteers along the way. Highly recommended!

My experience in the A&O galluswarte in Frankfurt was also my first volounteering experience and has been amazing🤩.

i met a lot of people and made a lots of friends and also improved my English.

The shift were clear explenaid and pretty easy and Malina also is a super excellent manager always there for trying to help you in anyway she could and also the people that effectively work there are super nice and always there for help you and make you feel comfortable 🫡

I really recommend this experience and I really would like to come back one day🤗
