Me gustó mucho hacer voluntariado aquí. Agradezco que durante mi estadía nos dieran todas las comidas (aunque depende de si hay grupos alojados). El trabajo es tranquilo, lo más movido es preparar el desayuno, pero el staff siempre fue amable. Después del turno hay tiempo para conocer la ciudad o hacer escapadas. No es un hostel social, es más tipo negocio, pero entre voluntarios se forma buena compañía. Ideal si trabajas online: tienes tu espacio, buena comida, WiFi y está bien conectado.

I was nervous for my first volunteering experience but a&o exceeded my expectations. For a month I became a part of a team of amazing people of not only the other volunteers but also the a&o staff who were very helpful and made me feel at home. Malina is a great manager who's friendly with the staff and very flexible towards any requests we had. The working hours were well respected and the work wasn't hard on the other hand it was fulfilling and gave me some insight. I met great people during my stay here and made even better friends who I now share a month of amazing memories with.

My experience at a&o was amazing!! Everyone was very kind and helpful. The staff were incredible. They made my stay there super easy. The volunteers are like family. The atmosphere is beautiful.
Special thanks to Malina. She was super easy going, flexible, kind and friendly.

I had an amazing experience at A&O. The schedules were always respected, which made it easy to balance work and free time. The breakfast was really good, and luckily, we also had access to more meals during our stay. The bar tasks were fun and enjoyable — perfect for anyone who likes interacting with people from all over the world. But what truly made the difference was Malina, the manager. She is incredibly human, empathetic, and kind. Her leadership creates a respectful and warm atmosphere. definitely recommend this place. Thank you for everything!

My experience at this hostel was one of the best, The staff is very friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions and teach you how to do things. The tasks are well defined, and the volunteers’ rooms are good. I totally recommend it :)
