Thank you for that course, it's a great guide to customer service in general. The videos are also well-structured and straight to the point, and the acted examples are a nice addition!

My only disappointment is the lack of captions/subtitles — but that's either common on English language videos, or my phone isn't cooperating. It would honestly make a difference.
