I really like how the courses have short and to-the-point videos. In this course, I learned that we need to take initiative and clarify any doubts before being asked, aiming for better guest service. If we're unsure of how to respond, we should ask other team members and provide feedback. Another interesting piece of information, now related to the host, is asking what exactly they expect from you when interacting with guests.
