I loved that this course reminded me of small, yet vital pieces of excellent communication such as putting away cell phones and asking clarifying questions. I learned that communication is one of the keys to creating a healthy relationship with others. I am excited to use what I gained from this course in my future Worldpacker endeavors!

Great course, most of the info was pretty obvious but it was still a decent summary on how to communicate more effectively, and helped me gain confidence on how to talk compasionately and with empathy
