It was a great overview to learn about NVC. I would like to add one note, and that is of use of practical examples, I wish the instructor would have given us practical examples of needs and feelings, so we don't confuse feelings from judgments, such as using the phrase "I feel like..." Instead of "I feel", as well as needs, such as safety, to be heard, playfulness, or such things. Great overview overall.
