I loved this course, it made me be more aware of communication skills that shoud’ve be basic for everybody. I’ve learned how to practice non violent communication, how to give a feedback, how to react in some occasions, learned more of how to communicate with the host with more quality and dignity. I love it so much, it made me grow a lot, and I think that everybody that travels in hostels should made this course. It’s a very useful one.
