It was a great and very useful experience. The course "Non-violent communication: resolving conflicts" provided me with practical tools to understand how to deal with conflicts in a calm and rational way, focusing on mutual understanding and respect. I learned how to listen better, express myself in a way that doesn’t escalate conflict, and how to resolve issues constructively.
