I recommend this course to all travelers but also to those who live a daily routine at work. It brings together the basic information that is fundamental for proper communication with others but above all with oneself. I have a 10-year course of individual and group psychotherapy. I learned these rules and behaviors there. They are FUNDAMENTAL for learning to live a conscious life.
