The talking was very fast and didn't give ample time for me to comprehend. The use of examples would have helped greatly. I had to constantly pause or rewind the videos because of this. It takes longer for some to read and comprehend than it does to listen and comprehend so therefore I don't rate it highly being that it is here to teach effective communication and understanding but it's hard to understand and isn't communicated well.
