I liked how it described attentive listening from the beginning. Honestly this is good to know as we plan on volunteering. There is always different ways of living and cultures, personalities, etc... that we are not accustomed to. This course may be a refresher to some and new to others, but it will definitely remind you to be aware. Overall a must listen !
