I would have liked if it had also practical examples of past conflicts and how the were solved by the host and the volounteer. I liked it, especially the part about being heard.

This course is a good way to remind of the communication power between both - the host and the volunteer. I definitely think that open communication and face-to-face problem-solving is the most effective way to resolve a problem.
