But if you remain calm and listen to the other person you will find a common ground that will help you resolve the conflict and have a much better relationship going forward.

It course ok. It was not my favourite. It was a bit difficult as it was not in English and there was no interactive elements to keep you engaged so I got bored (ADHD sorry). I love that it was covered though, it is a really important topic.
