The course was very useful because it reminds us of the importance of listening to others and understanding their needs by putting ourselves in their shoes. It also explains very well how to correctly resolve conflicts through assertive communication.

The length and speed was just right. It is always a good thing to hear or repeat the topic non violent communication. I would recommend that course either way, but especially if you‘re gonna work with kids.
