It has a lot to do with what I am studying in my University. My BA is about teaching languages, and one of the most important aspects is the enviroment. The teachers and students enviroment has to be healthy, and great for them to reach their teaching and learning goals. This course talks about communication, and how to react to critical situations. Which is also very helpful in the area of education to avoid or resolve a situation happening in the classroom.

Honestly I loved it being in Spanish and putting the English subtitles on to learn a little extra Spanish while learning communication skills that transcend all language. Good stuff!
