I was able to get more ways to solve conflicts that I didnt before. Being able to look from a different point of view and different situations, this course was very helpful!

I think this course would be great for someone who doesn't have any work or volunteer experience, but much of the information is common sense I think and for a thorough grasp, I think it's necessary for in person practical training. I've taken a non-violent communication class in person before when I worked at a behavioral health crisis stabilization unit and I really think it takes real life experience in training. It's just important to remember, everyone is going through a battle we know nothing about, so be kind.
