I enjoyed the part about low and high context! I think it's important to know what kinds of interactions you should expect when going to a new country. This course helped me understand the importance of communicating in a non-violent way. If there were to be such conflict during my stay, I'd go back to this course and try the steps that Caroline suggested. I look forward to communicating in a non-violent way with my host / fellow volunteers! :)
