Great course, we learn about how cultural and language differences are a factor in our communication. When giving feedback which should consider high /low context and directness. When need to give feedback, we need to be polite without sacrificing clarity.

Knowing how to communicate openly and meaningfully is incredibly important while traveling, regardless of what language you speak. This helps give you tools to express yourself in a way that's mutually beneficial for everyone involved so there is less chance of miscommunication; then if a problem does arise, you have to tools available to avoid conflict as much as possible and solve issues in and diplomatic way.
