Absolutely loved it!!!! Porto is so gorgeous and peaceful. The staff are amazing and the managers go out of their way to give you your days off together so you have time to travel to other cities if you want. The work was as agreed upon, but I would not recommend this hostel if you aren't a social person who likes to party 🎉 I made so many memories and friends for life!! I am 110% coming back 😆

I did my first volounteering experience here and it felt like home, the amount of work is fair and everyone is really nice and welcoming. It's an amazing opportunity to meet people from all over the world, practice english and have a lot of fun! All the staff is amazing and I would reccomend everyone to do this experience .

Words can't describe how i love this hostel, how i love the people. This was the best experience of my life and im so grateful for Amil and Mel for trusting me and let me experience this. I had the time of my life. The work if pretty fair and easy, and you have a good amount of free time. Even though when you are working, specifically in the party shift, doesn't look like work, but you have to enjoy partying and being social. The staff crew are in my heart and i got the chance to meet so many cool guest all over the world. The hardest party is saying good bye :(

I had a really fun time during my month at the hostel!!!You will meet a lot of amazing travellers and other volunteers. The work is not complicated at all and not too much. During your 3/4 days off you have plenty of time to visit other citys and explore portugal. The place is perfect for people with a lot of social energy because there's new people every day and you're never alone. It can be overwhelming sometimes but i still had a really great time and i definetly recommend this place. I miss this beautiful city and all the wonderful people<3 COME OOOON!!! HOSTEL ONEEE.

My six weeks at the hostel ribeira was amazing!!! I'm sad to leave the hostel, it felt like a second home. It's a very social hostel and you meet new people everyday. The tasks were reasonable and I had enough free time to explore the city. The other volunteers quickly became my friends and I'll definitely miss living with them🫶 Thank you for everything❤️ Come oooooonnnn!! the hostel!!🤩🤩

This is truly the best hostel I could have volunteered at. I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped inside. Porto is also an amazing city. I enjoyed my time in here so much that I decided to extend it for another month. I couldn't recommend this place more.

The hostel Ribeira became another heart beating outside of my chest. This was my very first experience with volunteering and I'm so glad for everything that I've learned, everything I've experienced and everyone who crossed paths with me and dedicated a little bit of them to be part of my life for a while. About the work, the tasks are fair and the schedule is not overwhelming at all. You'll have plenty time time to enjoy Porto or even the north of Portugal in your free time. I hope that you, future traveler, find home and fall in love with this place the same way I did. HOSTEL ONEEEE! ❤️

I spent three awesome weeks meeting new people everyday and surrounded by incredible women who helped me whenever I needed. I would totally recommend it as a first volunteering experience because Porto is a small but full of life city. The first days are hard and overwhelming for mostly everyone, but give it time and you will feel like home. Timetables are flexible, there are several free days each week and you are able to have fun and do tourism. Take into account that it is a party hostel and it requires social energy, but don't be afraid bc everyone is very nice. Thanks!! 😇 HOSTEL ONEEEE

My month at the hostel ribeira was one of the best experiences of my life. The hostel is truly amazing and quickly feels like home. The other volunteers really made my stay here special and I know that I've made friends for life. Its really hard to leave The tasks are really reasonable and not difficult at all and we had a lot of free time to see the city and do our own thing. Thank you Mel for being such an amazing host ❤️ you made me feel so welcome and safe. I know I'll always feel at home in porto and at H1:) Thank you so much! This is a party hostel!!! This was my first time volunteering and I absolutely loved it ! Melanie is very nice and helpful, the task are easy and you have enough days off to enjoy the city. I will definitely come back, big love to bel, Gabri, Fiona and gaby !!!
