A experiência em trabalhar como voluntária en o hostel foi de tanta inspiração ! As pessoas que são responsáveis pelo espaço: Francisca, Evilio e Juan são tão apaixonados pela ideia de contribuir com os peregrinos que fazem o Caminho de Santiago que nos faz nos apaixonar também. Ter um propósito em seu "negócio" me conectou de alma e coração. Nem consigo na verdade chamar de "negócio", pois o servir está a frente de tudo neste lugar. O trabalho em si se torna leve e divertido quando você se conecta com pessoas tão inspiradoras e entra em contato com os peregrinos e suas histórias reais.

My experience in the hostel was excellent. You are part of a mission to help and love people around you.. and you will be helped and loved for doing it ! You feel useful in your work and have free time to do what you want: relax, rethink, walk, pet animals, eat, connect to other people, have fun, etc. I volonteered to disconnect from my job, I came back filled with love and know more about myself thanks to the beautiful place, the divers jobs, the pilgrims, the volonteers, and Juan. Trust yourself, your life and people on your road. Be at peace 🙏

Las Àguedas was my first volunteering experience and I couldn't have asked for a better one! The place is quiet, beautiful and full of good vibes. The tasks were simple and easy but it's hard to define exactly how many hours you work per day because some days there were no pilgrims and we had to do only 1h cleaning in the morning and chill the rest of the day. But in busy days it's possible that you'll be asked to stay around and work a bit longer, which I think it was fair enough. Juan and Evi are amazing people !kind, flexible and communicative. I'll definitely come back!

The people you will meet, contact with nature and with different cultures are guaranteed. Juan, Evi, Sebas n the whole team were very welcoming. Juan has a true love for what he does, I remember that I almost cried when I saw him showing the accommodation to a guest on one of my first days, he did it with great care and love! Evi has a very, very incredible energy, a soul with a lot of light. I became very good friends with Sebas, another volunteer, and I hope to see him on the road again n hear him play the guitar again. I hope to come back one day and see everyone again. Buen Camino! <3

The experience itself has been more than I expected, the reality of the place is extraordinary because the Camino of Santiago makes appear the positive values of the people so there is much time for living in a way which is strongly peaceful and quite. To know new persons from all over the world there was very interesting and has been to me one of the thing more considerable of this experience!!

The hostel is a life experience. There are some positive energies deriving from the happiness of the Pellegrini, the joy of the people working there and feeling like a real family. Francisca and Eduardo are lovely people and provide you with all the love and food you need. You would also have the opportunity to work for a while and then do the Camino; meeting people from around the world and enjoying amazing landscapes. I would like to pose a big thank you to Evilio and Pristilla, the people running the hostel during my staying, as well as to the other volunteers. We were and will be family.

Foram dias maravilhosos em Murias de Rechivaldo, pudemos conhecer pessoas incríveis e aprender com elas, desfrutamos da companhia de Evilio (que é uma pessoa muito especial e que guardaremos para sempre), que sabe fazer a melhor comida vegetariana do caminho de Santiago, e Arya uma cachorra muito divertida e que alegrava nossos dias, toda a equipe foi muito acolhedora Francisca, Eduardo e os outros voluntários fizeram dessa experiência inesquecível! Muito Obrigado o hostel por tudo e Buen Camino! :)

This place is worth it by Evilio, an amazing human being with a big heart, since I arrived he helped me in all the ways, also the experience with the pilgrims can be amazing, of course if you are up to it. Muchas gracias por todo Evilio, e claro os outros hospitaleiros também !

The hostel is an incredible oasis near Astorga. The place is sourrounded by nature and wise people, consequently this place perfectly suits people that are looking for a relaxing working experience in the middle of the camino. The camino is a fundamental component of the albergue, because hosts have the possibility to learn from pilgrims' tales.The staff of the hostel is extremely calm and lovely to everyone.Peace ,silence , deep talks,sharing and great music are just some of the values appreciated here. I've learned so much and now I feel part of this family. Highly recommended!

O hostel é um albergue familiar, desse modo todos os colaboradores/ voluntários fazem parte dessa família. Como está situado em pleno Caminho de Santiago a experiência para mim foi muito gratificante. Todos os dias tive contato com pessoas de diferentes países, então o enriquecimento cultural foi enorme. Outro fator importante foi conhecer a culinária vegetariana e tenho que admitir que me suepreendi, é claro que se quisesse comer carne era só incluir na lista de compras, mas como me disseram não fez muita falta. Ótima primeira experiência no Worldpackers!!!
