Fue mi primera experiencia de voluntaria por medio de la plataforma. En general todo estuvo muy bien. Toshi y el equipo en general fueron muy amables y flexibles, hay una muy buena convivencia. Las actividades del voluntariado son sencillas y fácilmente si todos hacen una parte se pueden terminar. Máximo dos horas al día y los descansos a la semana tu los elijes (eso está súper!), claro no todos pueden elegir el mismo día. Ya en el tiempo libre, si el clima lo permite, puedes agarrar alguna tabla y neopreno e ir a surfear, ya sea solo o con los demás. Si eres principiante, te orientan.

Recomiendo totalmente. Toshi , Foo, Daisuke fueron muy amables y respetuosos. Tienes mucho tiempo libre para conocer Aoshima y alrededores. En un lugar increible. Las tareas no son dificiles y se hacen en equipo. Se habla preferentemente ingles pero tambien puedes usar japones. Si te gusta la playa, el surf y la tranquilidad es perfecto para ti.

My time in Aoshima was beautiful, Toshi and Foo are wonderful and really kind. Aoshima is an amazing place, I made a lot of friends and learned to surf. I really look forward to coming back again in the future. I am very grateful for the experience I had during my time here. 💗 Mi tiempo en Aoshima fué hermoso, Toshi y Foo son maravillosos y realmente amables. La casa fue mi primer voluntariado en Japon y lo super recomiendo. Tochi,Fu y el staff te hacen sentir en casa, fueron muy amables y amigables. las tareas son sencillas y despues tienes tiempo libre para explorar y divertirte. me encanto mi experiencia porque aprendi muchas cosas, hice amigos de todas partes, mejore mi japones y aprendi Surf

Buena experiencia con Toshi y Foo, Aoshima es un lugar excelente para practicar surf, me ha encantado vivir allí, súper chill y el ambiente en la casa es agradable también. He podido mejorar mi inglés gracias a las lindas personas que he tenido la suerte de conocer en este viaje. El trabajo en sí es fácil y as veces tienes misiones especiales en outside como jardinería y un día a la semana limpiar la casa que compartes con otros voluntariados. Esta todo muy bien organizado. Toshi y Foo son personas muy amables. Definitivamente es un sitio que volvería a hacer voluntariado. ☀️🤙🏼

Mi amiga y yo pasamos un mes con Toshi encargados de la recepción. No podríamos haber tenido una mejor experiencia en todos los sentidos. Apenas trabajas y tienes mucho tiempo para surfear, para investigar los alrededores. Toshi es una persona cercana con la que puedes hablar de todo y te tratara de tú . Es un pueblo bastante chico así que en un par de días te haces a él pero muy entrañable donde la gente es muy cordial y amable. Una Japón diferente, con mucha naturaleza y a unos 40 minutos en tren de la ciudad principal de Miyazaki. Recomendamos este sitio 100% David y Rocío

I had an amazing time here, it's quiet but between the city, aoshima and the many places to visit down south you'll be well occupied for a month or two. The work is super easy and chill and Toshi is a great host

I had lots of fun surfing for the first time here! The hostel is really close to the beach and the surrounding area makes for some good hikes! The work was really easy and usually done within 30-90 minutes. The staff was really nice and welcoming, which made the time here very enjoyable! I recommend renting a car for some amazing daytrips, since places can be quite far in Kyushu.

The guest house was an amazing experience, the people (volunteers and staff) were always super nice and the work was easy and straightforward. There's 5 properties to clean, but we were in low season so we wouldn't go to all of them sometimes. The hostel could have a better kitchen, but its still pratical. It's very close to the beach and Aoshima Island, so not far away from walking to the surf spots. There's only one/two bikes to use and they are in poor state. Reccommend overall, enjoyed my time here a lot. Thank you 🙏 (And they have the cuteeeeest cat!!)

I really enjoyed my stay volunteering in Aoshima. The work was easy and there was lots of free time to relax and explore around. The host Toshi was friendly, welcoming and made you feel at home
