I had a great experience at the hostel ! It was my first experience as a waitress and it went well. The restaurant team is very welcoming, the work was not complicated and the schedules were given in advance. It was quiet during this month of December in Portimão but the city is very well located to visit all Algarve ! The manager, Ana, was very present and available whenever I needed help or something for accommodation/meals. She also gave me good advice so that I could visit the Algarve as best as possible. I will come back with pleasure if I can :)

I had a great experience here. The work was easy and fun but a bit slow sometimes since it is low season for the restaurant. The hostel was cozy and clean and you easily felt like home. Ana (The manager) is kind and communicated well about the tasks/ scheduele and was very flexible if you needed to change something. Portimao is a small town with not that many tourists so it is a great place if you want a local experience. Good cafés, malls and beautiful beaches within walking distance. The other volunteers were amazing and I really recommend this place :) .

I had a really great experience in the hostel. The work in the restaurant is quite easy, mostly taking orders and payments, but someone from the permanent staff is always there to help. Due to the low season in November the shifts were a bit slow, but the whole town is quite chill and out of tourists at this time. We got cooked lunch and dinner every day, and also some cold basics for breakfast. Ana, the manager is always accessible, it's easy to communicate whether you have questions or needs. I had a nice, clean and supportive environment here, I really recommend to volunteer here.

I loved my stay at the hostel! The work at the restaurant is just as in the description, can be very busy, but in a good way. The hostel is amazing, nice and cozy, and the staff is very friendly. Ana is really nice, always helpful and flexible. I recommend this experience a 100%, you can explore a lot around Portimao, you can reach almost everything by train.

It was an amazing experience in the hostel! The place was pretty and cozy, Ana was really nice with us and always attentive and helpful :) Portimao is a very quiet town but it's very good located to visit all Algarve!! I definitely recommend it!

Had a great time in Portimao!! The hostel is amazing and cozy! Ana is very sweet and explained everything, about the program in the administration, that it takes couple days to completely get it! The other volunteers were also amazing!

I had an amazing experience at the hostel, the girls i met were absolutely lovely and we had the best time together! The work was easy and fair. The local is very central in portimao and close to the train and bus stations which is helpful. A really good base to explore the Algarve!

My experience as a volunteer was amazing. I had a great time at the hostel and in the city, plus I had plenty of free time to visit other places and really explore the Algarve. Ana, the manager, is super friendly and always available to answer any questions. The work isn't hard, although it could get a bit overwhelming sometimes, especially because it was the high season for tourism. The food wasn't the best, but everything else was great. I also made really good friends with other volunteers and have so many great memories. I highly recommend it!

Volunteering at the hostel was lovely. The work is easy to learn and even though it gets a bit messy and overwhelming sometimes, i truly enjoyed it. :) Ana is such a sweet host. She always answered all my questions and helped me whenever i needed it. The hostel is very nice and cosy and it's about 40 minutes walk away from the Portimão beaches. The only thing that disappointed me was the food provided but other than that i had a wonderful experience that i'm very grateful for. I'd recommend this to everyone! :)

I loved everything about my experience at the hostel! The other volunteers were amazing, along with the staff and Ana. The hostel is super clean and aesthetic and it was a bonus that they had such a nice place to chill out in our down time (the pool!) the work was really easy and it didn't take very long to get the hang of. Portimao is beautiful and not too busy, with nice beaches about 30-40 minutes walk away and there is plenty of other towns close by to explore as well. I would recommend this experience to everyone!
