I had the most amazing time volunteering here. Ketut is a wonderful human being willing to make a change in his local community. Your experience will include teaching and interacting with local lovely children, participating in their cultural cerimonies, staying in a cozy room and exploring the beautiful nature around the area. The food there is SOOO delicious too!! I already miss it and the kids and will for sure be back. Ketut, thank you for all that you do!

I stayed here for 2 weeks, and I didn't wanna leave. I had unforgettable experience. Not only rewarding experience with teaching, but I felt like I had a family in this village. Everyone is so welcoming, always trying their best to make volunteers feel like home. Ketut and his family show me how Bali people live, value and tradition. He puts all effort for young generations in the village to make difference in their life by learning English, and I am so grateful to be a part of his project. I also taught Japanese in neighbor school and it was amazing experience. I cannot wait to come back.

Ketut is one of the most wonderful person I have met in my travel. He is good, inspiring, always ready to help and to intervene, making everything so easy. It is quite far away from the city, but perhaps it is a benefit. Strongly recommended

I had an AMAZING time! Ketut is such an in intelligent person, I could spent hours talking to him so he could share his knowledge! The kids are lovely! The apartment in very comfortable! The energy of the place is so good that it was really hard to leave! The class is only one hour per day so you have plenty of time to explore the area! I definitely recommend this volunteer experience! For sure I'll be back!

This was the most amazing experience I've ever had as a solo traveler and as a volunteer. The host is amazing and so devoted to this place and to the community that really filled my heart with joy and appreciation. His openness and talkative approach can help you really understand their traditions and cultural values if you're into that field. Also everyone from the staff was helpful and kind to me and welcomed me with a warm heart and a big smile on their face. The place was very well maintained and the kids are wonderful. I feel everyone from there as a family now.

A very memorable experience that makes my Bali trip complete. This is a little village where everyone is just so nice. I had the chance of participating in a big local ceremony. My host Ketut shares with me many knowledge and culture about the village and Bali. The teaching part is more rewarding than I imagined. I wish I could spend more time with the kids and am already missing them…

My experience was amazing! The kids are very polite and super eager to learn, which made teaching really fun and rewarding. Carman is very attentive and helpful, and the whole community was incredibly warm and welcoming. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and peaceful. English classes are just one hour per day during the weekdays, so you'll have plenty of free time to explore the area. Just keep in mind that you'll need to ride a scooter to get around and make the most of your time there.

I stayed in this project for 2 weeks and will take a lot of local impressions with me. We witnessed the Galungan celebration which has given me a deeper understanding of the Balinese culture. I felt so welcomed and respected by Ketut and his family, they did everything they could to guarantee a comfortable stay by offering you a cozy room and a kitchen outdoor. The project itself was a lovely experience since the children participate ambitiously. They were so sweet and happy to play the games we included in our lessons. You should use the bikes or a taxi to get somewhere, but I'd recommend!

I spent one week with Ketut and his lovely family and from the first moment, I really felt like a part of his Family. Ketut is one of the kindest people I've ever met, and his whole family is so warm, caring, and always ready to help with anything!! Teaching the children was such a beautiful experience. Every day, they came to class with big smiles and open hearts. It made me so happy to see how curious and motivated they are. This week has been truly special to me. I will always keep this experience in my heart. I'm so thankful I came here. Thank you Ketut! I hope to return one day!
