Honestly, I had such an amazing time here. Uncle Ping-pong, Gong and Beth are all so cool. The work was super easy, online one on one with a student. The food was so good! I'd 100% come back here if I could. The only thing to be mindful about is that it is 30 to 40 minutes outside the city so you do spend a lot of time at the homestead, but it's so peaceful and nice there I have no complaints. And you're with so many other volunteers which is fun

I loved my stay at Ban Bon Doi Homestay!! The staff is so so nice and caring, they truly feel like a second family!! I taught all age groups from 7 year olds to 60 year olds which was really nice for a change. I'm gonna miss everyone so much!!!

I had a great time and met some nice people. The hosts were really warm and welcoming and sometimes went out of their way to help us whether it was with transportation or just cooking some extra food. The teaching was very fun even though it could be a bit exhausting sitting in front of a Laptop all evening. They also had no problem with me having to leave a week early and were very understanding. Overall I had a great experience. The homestead is a bit far from the city so if you look to explore Chiang Mai you can only really do that on the weekends.

Our debut Worldpackers journey with Fai will definitely be special to us. Fai and her family provided impeccable accommodations and unwavering support. Teaching English through Fai's online school was fulfilling. Exploring Chiang Mai and enjoying a Thai cooking class and bamboo rafting added to the memorable experience. I highly recommend this enriching volunteer opportunity to all the traveler's who look forward to immerse in Thailands beauty.

My two weeks at the school were some of my favorite thus far. They clearly have a lot of experience with volunteers as everything was organized and communicated effectively. They even organize outings and gatherings for the volunteers, since the homestay is quite outside the city. We ended up being 18 volunteers so it felt like summer camp. The only thing is that you get your schedule about an hour before you start class and they can always add or take away classes but that's not so bad. Thanks so much to Fai, Gong, and Ping Pong!

It was my first volunteering experience and I think it couldn't be any better. Ping Pong and Gong were taking care of us and making us feel like a part of their family. work was chill and easy- mostly chatting with thai people online and helping them improve their english. place we stayed in was kinda far from Chiang mai city which was problematic sometimes but overall everything was great and I definitely recommend this place:)

Our volunteer experience was very good, the hosts are super receptive and organized. The classes are cool, a good opportunity to learn more about Thailand with Thai people. We also had cooking classes, they took us bamboo rafting and we had a great time socializing with the other volunteers, it was amazing. Thank you for everything, I highly recommend it!
