This home stay was so peaceful and beautiful, perfect place to be out in nature and with the locals! The work was lovely, I really enjoyed teaching English! The bamboo rafting every Thursday was such a fun experience. I think some encouragement for social activities would make it more fun but overall a great experience would recommend!

I loved this homestay and volunteer! It is such a welcoming homely environment which is created equally by the other volunteers and the hosts. It was a great place to reset and slow down from the pace of travel, the gardens are Gorgeous! They have a great system for meals and it's so delicious. The bamboo tour was great value! The classes are very relaxed and they provide lots of resources. The students are so friendly and it's a great way to be immersed in Thai culture!

I had a really good experience here in Ban Bon Doi homestay. Thanks Ping Pong and all the staff for everything, the food is so good and the shift is have calls with Thai people and teach English. I really enjoyed here in this beautiful place, peaceful and in the middle of the nature. I meet amazing people and did different adventures around Chiang Mai. If you want to improve your English having fun, this is your place. Thanks and I hope see you soon!!

Brilliant experience ciiidnr recommend it more, got in touch with rural thai culture away from the tourist areas. The host ping pong was an amazing host, he brought us to bamboo river rafting, a local food festival and had a campfire drinking session on every satuarday. Great time to meet other volunteers and settle down in a place.

I had an amazing experience at Ban Bon Doi. The job wasn't too stressful or demanding, and the perks we got were great. Teaching takes about 4–5 hours a day. The sleeping rooms are okay — they could use some improvement — but the outdoor area is lovely, and you'll be spending most of your time outside anyway. I loved my stay here and would recommend it to anyone. Plus, the people I met here were absolutely fantastic.

Absolutely amazing experience that I cannot possibly put into words. Met the most wonderful group of likeminded people and even extended my time here. I would recommend this place to everyone, the lessons are great and you also have so much free time. They even celebrated my birthday with a surprise event ✨🎉

My first volunteering experience and absolutely loved! Met some amazing people from all over the world and the owners and staff are incredibly friendly and generous. Would highly recommend taking part in the bamboo rafting! Would recommend for anyone looking to meet new people and live at a slower pace for a few weeks, very chilled out with lots of personal time during the mornings! Fell in love!

This was a great experience for me in many ways, meeting new people, travelers and locals, teaching English in a new environment . The hosts was really welcoming and helpful, all the agreements were fulfilled. They created a nice place where we could be useful as teachers and also have a great time for ourselves in the nature. I'd recommend this place and if have a chance would come here again.

It's always an enriching experience volunteering here in Ban Bon Doi. Coordinators and the whole staff have been very lovely and welcoming since the first day. The weekends at the bar drinking and playing music with Pong, Jikko and all their friends have made this experience even more hilarious and unique. I can only recommend people to come here and enjoy the quiet and peaceful environment, the waterfalls and especially share an amazing time with students from all over Thailand. Thank you for round 2😹😎🙏🏼
