Actually so insanely lucky to have this as my first Worldpackers experience because I am so spoiled! Everyone was super nice and helpful, provided such a comfortable room it is definitely in the luxury tier among other volunteer work, Valpo is a fun and special city to explore around and for me, 2 weeks was enough to feel that I've started to root in a place and I definitely miss everyone at the hotel, was great times hanging with the other volunteers as well!

We had a great experience in the hotel. The accomodation is really nice and the work is not too difficult. You also get some food each week which is really nice. the staff are really friendly and helpful and we enjoyed working with them. Would highly recomend this volunteering oppurtunity!

You will have such an amazing time here, living in a shopping container - have a box packed with food to cook with and a great team to help if you have any questions. Do not hesitate to apply!

Volunteering at Hotel Wine Box was an amazing experience! Working was amazing at night making pizzas and drinks and getting to talk to people from all around the world. The staff are amazing and extremely helpful in every way imaginable. They let you keep an tips you make during your stay as well as pay any extra hours you work over the required time. The room was amazing and there was always something to do from walking around the city to taking a bus to Vina del mar to enjoy the beach! I was extremely lucky to have met the people I did during this trip, thank you for an amazing experience!

A rare opportunity to stay at a unique property with fantastic views. Staff are friendly and supportive. The work offered variety between the kitchen, bar and serving tables. Interacting with guests made the work fun. A memorable experience!

Minha experiência foi muito positiva. A localização e a estrutura são muito boas e o único ponto a melhorar é a limpeza dos quartos dos voluntários. Zofia e o time foram muito atenciosos e quando precisei ajustar as datas, negociamos e deu tudo certo.

The only reason I give 4/5 is because this is not a very social space to meet people and other volunteers. Besides that, the work was easy and fun. I made pizzas, cookies, pies, fresh orange juice, breads, charcuterie boards, and then did a lot of cleaning. The space of work is enjoyable because you work on the rooftop and experience the sunset with a gorgeous view of Valparaiso every day. My room felt luxurious as I received my own private room, with a kitchen, couch, bathroom, and full sized bed. All of the managers were very nice and accommodating with my Spanish learning.

Big plus is that you have your own apartment, or sharing with another volunteer. Beautiful views over Valpo. Working hours give you a lot of spare time to experience the town. It is a cool hotel with potential. I was volunteering off season though which might affected the experience since there weren't many guests. Many times you didn't have anything to do. I believe management needs some stepping up, both for the guests' experience but also for volunteers. 2 people that worked there quit during my 2 weeks, I didn't feel a team spirit, might be a connection.

A cidade é linda e há muito para conhecer. A equipe do hotel é maravilhosa (tanto a equipe da recepção quanto do desayuno, incluindo voluntários, é claro!) O desayuno é completo e com bastante opção. Lamentavelmente, deixam a desejar na comunicação. Quando chegamos, tivemos que dormir na recepção (o que só nos informaram quando chegamos no hotel). Depois de umas semanas, novamente nos pediram para sair da habitação porque haviam reservado para hospedes. Penso que deveriam colocar isso no anuncio para que o voluntario fique ciente. Quanto ao anfitrião, precisa de um pouco de lição de humildade.
