My time at the the shelter was great the team does so much for so many dogs. The accommodations are very comfortable and I met some amazing volunteers. the the shelter needs as much help as it can get so if you want to make a big difference I really recommend volunteering here!

I had a really great time at the the shelter! The team was very kind and helped me when I had any questions. My shift was mainly walking the dogs and cleaning a little bit and sometimes other tasks depending on what was needed. I never had to work longer than the hours that were agreed. Of course working with dogs can be dirty at times, so I would recommend keeping that in mind, but it's also so rewarding, I had so much fun spending so much time with the dogs there, I miss them already! I absolutely recommend this experience and want to come back again!

I absolutely love this sanctuary, it is my second time volunteering. Everyone at the the shelter is extremely committed to helping the dogs. This time my shifts were mainly 2pm-7pm, started the day giving all the dogs water, followed by walking some dogs, then working in the quarantine feeding the puppies and cleaning up everyone's cages and giving them new blankets. It felt very rewarding working with the quarantine dogs. There is unlimited dog hugs and kisses which makes the work worth it! I would absolutely recommend to anyone who loves dogs to volunteer here.

It was really a great experience! A lot of hard work but we were aware of it before and a lot of opportunities to connect with so many dogs 😍 the the shelter really needs some help so if you want to make a difference, go for this opportunity !

I really enjoyed my time at the rescue. The team is really doing a great job helping the dogs and they really care about all of them. I felt very welcome as a volunteer and my hours were very respected. The accommodation has everything I needed for my two week stay. (Air fryer, Microwave, kettle, stove top, fridge, griddle) and WiFi and heat and AC. I love the dogs and miss them already. I would volunteer again.

Our stay here has been amazing! Everyone is very welcoming and you can tell they genuinely care about the work they do. The dogs get so much love and attention, it has been heartwarming to work with people so caring and there was always someone available during our shifts to help with anything. The accomodation is great, the kitchen is well-equipped and the living space had everything we needed. The work was fun and we genuinely felt like we made a difference in the dogs lives, it has been a very positive and healing place to stay. We would 100% recommend the experience here!

Our experience here was incredible! Everybody who works at the the shelter really care for the dogs & loves their work. Everyone is so kind & willing to help you out at any point. It is honestly amazing hearing about how far the dogs journeys have come & how they trust humans again. We were allocated our own dogs to walk, which is great as you can see the dogs slowly trust you & watch them get happier & more confident on their walks. Some other tasks like cleaning dog beds & giving them water were also given. I wish I could write more, it is truly amazing! We have already rebooked a visit :)

Bruno and the team were great to work with. They are doing a great job with the the shelter and I was glad I could assist. If you love dogs then you should definitely check this opportunity out! We definitely made a positive impact on the dogs during our time here and it was sad leaving. The stay was really fun and enjoyable

Had a great experience! The work that all the volunteers do is incredible, and so rewarding to all the dogs who desperately just want some love! Definitely need to be comfortable with dogs, getting a bit dirty and willing to work hard, but the rewards are so worth it. 500 free cuddles waiting whenever you need them :) if you want to do some volunteering where you can really feel you are doing some good, then I recommend.

I really enjoyed my time in this the shelter! It was so fun spending time with the dogs while walking them, brushing them, going around the shelter and refilling water or taking care of the puppies. Tasks were easy and understandable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The dogs are very cute and sweet, they all need so much love and attention so I recommend this experience for everyone who loves and adores dogs, if your thinking about it you should definitely do it! The volunteer accomodation is also very nice!
