My time at the hostel was amazing. Is the best place to practice your English and meet amazing people. Jen is the best manager in this world. Mayara and Rayane are adorable. I'm so grateful for sharing this time at the hostel. The team and the atmosphere are incredible. Thanks for the best time, the hostel always will be in my heart. ❤️

My stay at the hostel was great! It's in the center of Lisbon, walking distance from the metro and overall a great place to work. Free breakfast, free dinner and weekly spending money. I ate their pizza everyday and never got sick of it haha.

Mariana was an amazing addition to our team! So cheerful, always interacting with guests and worked under her own initiative.

She made the most of the city, got involved in the cultural events in Lisbon, cinema, music and art. She brought this excitement and knowledge back to our guests and really enhanced their stay with us :)

She will be missed, and will for sure bring her positive energy to her next position :)

The hostel is great! If I could I would've stayed longer! I was super well welcomed by the team, especially Jen, the manager, btw she's amazing (you're welcome Jen haha). About the work, you're gonna need some commitment as the job requests responsibilities, but no worries, you'll learn a lot about hospitality while having fun. I highly recommend volunteering at the hostel if you're looking for a meaningful experience, in a historic and stunning city surrounded by super nice people! Thank you, the hostel! I miss you guys!

My stay at the hostel was my first volunteering experience, and it couldn't have been better! The manager and all the staff are very nice and friendly, always willing to help you with anything you need. The work shifts can be heavy at times, but the atmosphere of the place makes it more bearable. The facilities for volunteers are good and make living there comfortable. The location of the hostel is perfect for exploring Lisbon and other places in the area. I would 100% recommend volunteering at the hostel, as you will feel at home and you will take unforgettable memories with you!

I had a great time in the hostel! With this experience I was able to learn a lot about hospitality while socializing and knowing the city and the culture. The location is great and you will have the possibility of traveling easily around the city and go to surrounding places. Jen, the manager is super sweet and understanding and the team in general is really nice and friendly. Workload is normally manageable although shifts could feel long. I enjoyed my time in Lisbon and built long lasting friendships in the hostel :)

The hostel was definitely a home away from home.! The staff is lovely and Jen, the manager, will take good care of you! The facilities for the volunteers are good (the room, kitchen, bathroom), there's a friendly atmosphere and always time to explore the city and relax. Tasks and schedule were respected all the time. Some tasks involve a bit more commitment and responsibility, but there's always people around to help you. Also the benefits you get for volunteering here makes all the work worth it! Good place to make friends, improve languages, learn hospitality and have fun! ☺️

My experience at the hostel exceeded all my expectations. The hostel has a very nice atmosphere, all the staff are kind and cheerful, everyone treats you very well and you fit in quickly. Angela is a wonderful person and it was great to work with her. The volunteer's room is very nice and you live comfortably. In short, if you want a good experience in Lisbon, the hostel is a good choice!

I had a great time at the hostel and specially liked that you are really receiving high responsibilities and will be able to learn a lot. Angela has been an amazing manager and generally the sunshine of the place, when around! ☺️ Heads up as well for the whole team of the hostel, managing to work hand in hand in these busy times. Of course, as the hostel is really big, there can be little issues coming up, but I felt that everything is taking care of properly - as you as volunteer are! 😊 Thanks for this lovely experience!!

A estrutura geral e o dormitório dos voluntários são exelentes e limpos. A localização é ótima e recomendo muito ficar por algumas semanas, pois tem muitos lugares legais em Lisboa e cidades perto para conhecer nos dias livres. A anfitriã é a Angela que é uma querida, muito atenciosa 😃. Os horários são respeitados e Angela é flexível em relação a pequenas trocas de escala. As atividades de recepção necessita de responsabilidade como em um trabalho normal e não como voluntário, fica no critério se isso é a experiência desejada. No geral, fiquei satisfeito e recomendo!
