My experience at the hostel was excellent! The facilities are wonderful, you have a room that you only share with another volunteer, and you have all the comforts. The work is fair, there are 4 hours a day with two days off. The tasks are very varied, there are heavier days and others that are lighter, but they make sure to distribute the tasks among everyone. I would definitely recommend the experience to others!

My experience at the hostel was really really nice! Since the first moment Barry and Jorge gave me a lovely welcome, they explained everything so clear to me. The room was really comfortable, the work was easy, and the hours were respected.Thank you to all the hostel team! I totally recommended this experience.

This was my first ever Worldpackers experience and I was expecting something a little bit different. This doesn't have a hostelvibe. Most of the people are very busy with volunteering, working and studying. So people don't really open up that easily. But besides this fact, I really had a good time. I met some amazing people so I have no regrets coming here. Everything's very well organized, clean room, simple job, nice atmosphere, kind volunteers & management, perfect location (a bus takes you straight to Trafalgar square). Couldn't have asked for a better first experience on Worldpackers!

What to say about my first volunteering in the hostel? It was awesome! The hours were respected, the staff is really friendly and helps you in what you need. In my days off I travelled to near cities. I highly recommend this experience in the hostel, thank you Aliou, Jorge and Bruno for everything :) I really enjoyed my volunteering and hope to come back one day!

The entire staff was very nice and helpful. You never have to work more than it's told in the description and the work is easy. The host is flexible when it comes to the schedule and he tries his best to make everyone's stay amazing. I had a great time in the hostel and would come back(:

I was treated with a lot of respect, tolerance and flexibility...the management is amazing, Bary, Jorge and Celina and the volunteers who work at the reception too. A few more activities I found difficult to do alone, I leave here my tip for some activities to do in pairs can be less exhausting, but I loved the place, there is close transport, the hostel is very organized, the kitchen is equipped, it has a very nice gym ...I just want to thank everyone on the team for receiving me so well and helping me every time I asked, I'll miss you all so much, I'm just sorry I didn't say goodbye to every

Honestly it was an amazing experience. I was able to learn a lot by living with people speaking English daily and not to mention that the other volunteers help each other, I wanted to thank them and the staff for their support.

Experiência fantástica! A equipe respeita exatamente o horário combinado. O hostel fica em frente a um ponto de ônibus o que facilitou muito minha vida em Londres. Perto também tem dois supermercados grandes.

This was my first time volunteering through Worldpackers, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! the hostel staff is very friendly and respectful, and so are the other volunteers. I made many friends here that I'll always remember fondly. The work wasn't hard and even if I was a little tired by the end of my 4-hour shift, I could still find energy to do touristy things around London and other nearby cities. The cleaning system is organized and easy to learn, and people are always willing to help.

I had an amazing time with the hostel family in Canary Wharf!!! It was my first ever volunteering position but they were so welcoming and all the other volunteers looked out for me and made sure that i felt always felt comfortable!! They have an amazing cleaning system already in place that's very easy to follow and there is a lot of guidance so i really recommend this volunteering position if it's also first time or really to anyone who appreciates a systematic approach when volunteering :)
