Beautiful experience, the host and all the staff are kind and always available for every necessary. The work environment is perfect there is communication and responsibility. The shifts are not too heavy: they are perfect to visit the city. The food as well is good and chefs are Italian (good food guaranteed) Is close to Bayswater and Queensway station and the main buses as well . Recommended 100/100

The hostel is located in central London, ideally positioned to visit the city, the staff and volunteers are very friendly and there is a very good atmosphere, the work is not too heavy and the food is very good. I loved the experience and would surely repeat it.

Really in the heart of the city of London...close to everything...almost in front of Hyde Park...supermarkets, pharmacies and vast commerce around...United and dedicated team! I really recommend it!

I really enjoyed my experience at the hostel, my duty was the breakfast and I got to talk to all the residents and travelers, which was really important to me, because I was able to meet people from everywhere, and practiced my English and Spanish a little bit the team took care of me when I got sick, I felt really welcome. I feel the schedules are great and flexible if you have something important. Overall, I hope I'll be back someday!

Great hostel, volunteers and management. Work is more than doable (I do recommend knowing exactly what you'll be doing beforehand). Great location. Good meals. Definitely recommend

Word that defines my experience at Sandeman gratitude 🙏🏼 It was a very good experience, the location is great, I did a lot of things on foot, very good food, respect between the team and the management. something I want to point out is that it's not a hostel with a turnover of travelers, but a guesthouse house for many immigrants who live there, so you can get a sense of normal life in London for workers. I was able to meet people from several countries that I have never met before and this exchange of conversations is quite interesting. I was able to practice English and Spanish. thanks

I love this area of ​​London and it's amazing you can da lot of things walking, it has parks, museums, restaurants and a great location. The hosts respect the working hours, they are flexible, the food is good, I practiced my English a lot, if you do your tasks well, no one will bother you!!! I leave this experience with immense gratitude! The place is a residential hostel probably unlike anything you have ever seen you will see a little bit of London life like a local person!!!

The Sandman has a very good location, very close to hyde park and supermarkets, restaurants, and two tube stations. It's not quite a hostel but a guest house so we don't have much contact with the people who live there, but the volunteers are really nice and so are the reception staff.

It was a great experience in general! The tasks were easy so I could visit a lot of places, museums, galleries, the hosts were fine, flexible with schedules when I needed to change or leave early and the food was great. Mostly people that were working with me were amazing! We went out together and have a lot o fun. The bad things are: the people that live there are a bit strange, some are lazy, and one yelled at me and the toilets get dirty really fast and people are not so clean, but in general it was ok. I'm really thankful.
