My time in Albuferia was amazing. The staff are super friendly, the house is amazing & the jobs are super easy & enjoyable. I would 100% recommend anyone to visit this awesome place.

This was my first Worldpackers experience and I don't think it can get much better than this! The jobs were easy, and Mauro and the team respected your work hours and was flexible if you needed time off or to change your work days. You can use the surfboards whenever you liked. The volunteers and workers all get along and I have made so many fun memories during my time. I would have loved to stay longer if I wasn't needing to travel the rest of Europe! If you like surfing or ocean activities and are looking to make some lifelong international friends I would 100% recommend this experience.

I am so happy that I had my first volunteer experience at the guest house because it was super in every way. The group is passionate and professional, it makes you want to join them. Albufeira opens up many possibilities for you, from partying to learning to surf spending time on the beaches. The house is big with common areas, perfect for making friends with everyone in the house. We had a great time together, it would never be enough :) I recommend it to everyone, because I left with the word "thank you" between my lips and in my heart 💛

This was my first Worldpackers experience and I am so grateful that I had such a nice host and great people around me. Mauro and his team are absolutely amazing, funny and chilled. They are flexible and always open to compromise when it comes to work. The other volunteers I met were amazing and we had such a great time together and unforgettable memories. Everything was provided for (towels, beds, sheets etc) Bicycles would have been amazing (they are broken in the backyard) because the place is a little bit outside and always taking the Uber was over time expensive.

This was my first experience with worldpackers and it was AMAZING! All the people there were very friendly and nice! the guest house it's a very chill place and tasks are easy! 🌞 In your free time you can do plenty of things, and especially during the fool moon there are many parties🕺🌝! The mobility around is not the best so you have to go walking or with Uber. I recommend to anyone will go here to keep the house clean and tidy, cause being shared it gets dirty and messy quickly. After this experience i feel more extrovert and confident, so thank you Mauro and thanks to everyone I met!🤍

This was my first experience with worldpackers. An amazing experience that I will not forget. Mauro was very helpful answering all my questions. The tasks I did were helping with kayak/sup rentals and tours as well as surf lessons and rentals at the surf hut. Both really straight forward and surrounded by lovely people, which made the time fly by. Because of this I would only wish that I had stayed longer. Plenty of things to do on your days off. Thanks again to Mauro and everyone I met!

I had an amazing experience at the guest house. It's an opportunity to meet international people as well as locals. The team is very friendly, and in a short time I made good friends and the hosts are helpful always checking if was everything okay. The volunteer chores are easy and light to do. You'll have plenty of time to go to the beach or join in their other activities (surf, kayak sup, etc). The mobility around is not the best, there are no bikes at your disposal but you can go walking to most places. Algarve is beautiful and I really recommend this volunteer (:

This was my first experience using worldpackers and it was amazing. Everyone was so nice, friendly and they made me feel at home. The tasks we had to do were easy and fun. I really had the best time. I was finally able to learn how to surf and I also tried coasteering and kayaking! I want to thank everyone once again for this amazing opportunity and I wish everyone the best of luck. Highly recommend! Work is simple and easy, spend 4 hours a day taking on tasks such as gardening, surf/kayak/sup rentals, helping out with the surf lesson, taking photos or cleaning the house. In your free time you can surf, sup, kayak or take part in coasteering all free of charge, you can visit local areas, go into the albufiera town as it's only a short Uber away and much more. I want to thank Mauro, Chico, xufre and all the staff and voulenteers, I had a great time.

It was simply UNBELIEVABLE. my first time volunteering. love in every second. the staff, the other volunteers, if I try to imagine all the experience i've done, I can't remember everything. every single moment was lovely, I was everytime feeling my self, not forced. the work is very easy and peaceful. just do it and enjoy the guest house 🤍
