In general I enjoyed a lot my stay at the hostel, I made many friends there, I practiced italian and french, there's a very good atmosphere in the hostel I would recommend it to other worldpackers. The bad thing I experienced is that there are days where non of the bosses are there or other volunteer and sometimes you have to work much more hours than expected.

My experience at the hostel was the best. Caterina and Tancredi welcomed me very well, they were always friendly, funny, respectful and flexible. Working hours were respected, they were flexible. The hostel is like a second home, so the atmosphere was very welcoming both to work and to socialize. Caterina and Tancredi are always there to help with whatever you need, that is why working here as a volunteer exceeded my expectations.I was also able to improve my languages, meet wonderful people all over the world. It was a great experience! If you are looking for a hostel experience, connecting with local and international people and improving English and Italian, the hostel is your place! Caterina and Tancredi introduce you in the city, They will help you in everything and will make you participate in projects to improve the hostel. The work is simple and easy and they let you organize yourself however you want :)

Lucia is an amazing person, she has great skills of communication and problem-solving. She learns everything very quickly and she gave us good ideas from her hostel experiences! She was a great part of our staff!

My time at the the hostel was great, it was an unexpected trip to bologna that overpass my expectatives. I could meet the bologna daily life stile ,Tancredi one of the members of the staff show me the best places to eat and to drink a real Italian appetizer, also Caterina the owner she help me a lot when I had problems with my flight and I needed to be some days more. the work its easy, and the hours are very flexibles but the best thing its to know new people every day and discover the city with them. I really recomend the experience. thanks for all!!

I had a great time in the hostel, Caterina and Tancredi were very welcoming from day 1, and were always available. the tasks at the hostel were easy, I had time to go out and meet new people, eat lots of local food and feel like I was part of Bologna. the hostel was my first open door to come to Italy, and I will forever be greatful for this jorney and the much of Italian I have learned.

This has been a great experience. I've had the opportunity to meet a lot of locals, practice my Italian and get really immersed in their culture. Above all that, Caterina has a great atmosfere in the hostel that motivates us to exercise our creativity by sharing our ideas and good will to create a cozy environment.

Such a great place!! It's so homie and everybody are friendly and nice, I enjoy my time there so much I would totally go back and I hope they get great new people for the team
