The time, that I spent in the hostel will always have a special place in my heart. Working in the hostel was a lot of fun, I could get to know a bunch of amazing people from all around the world, while I had lots of free time to enjoy Leipzig and the surrounding areas. A huge thank you at this point to Simona, who was eager to make this time as amazing as possible! From capturing the moments at the common dinners to fulfilling everyone's needs and requests, we could always count on her. :) Thank you to all the amazing volunteers and staff members too! I hope that we see each other soon :)

The comforts of this experience are endless. You enjoy a lot of free time, which you can spend with fantastic people, making a variety of plans in the center of a beautiful city. The treatment I received from the staff is awesome. Special mention to Simona who will help you and take care of you throughout your stay. That was my first experience as a volunteer at the Hostel and it was absolutely amazing! I met people from all over the world and I will definitely miss this place. The cleaning tasks were easy for me and the great thing is that you never be left alone. I also want to thank Simona for being there for us. She was always very helpful and she is a great leader! I want to thank all the volunteers who made my experience unforgettable! You guys rock! I hope that one day I will be back :)

It was my first experience as a volunteer, and it was amazing! Beyond my expectations, lovely people, the place is super nice, and the tasks are really easy… The city is really nice, and quiet, and also is near from many places where you can go to visit… I really recommend this place to volunteer! I hope to come back again in the future, I am already missing the people and the place!

My experience at the hostel was amazing, the hostel is very comfortable, all the staff were very kind to me, the work is not difficult, I had a lot of free time to sightsee in Leipzig. I highly recommend this opportunity.

My experience at the hostel exceeded expectations! Everything worked perfectly, the hostel is great, the people are amazing, the shift is exactly as agreed. Plus you have plenty of free time to explore Leipzig and the hostel is in the city center so everything is very close! The hostel is very calm and the facilities are very good! And a huge thanks to Simona for taking care of not only me but all the other volunteers, she really makes our hostel routine easier! I highly recommend this experience!

It was a great experience, I spent 4 weeks and time really flew! The hostel is pretty comfortable, we have enough private space and a lot of free time to visit the city and places around. the hostel is well located and it is quiet, it's not a party hostel so it's very good for someone who's looking for a calm and comfortable place to volunteer. I loved it and I recommend it for sure!

The experience was great! Simona is a very nice person, helpful and that makes our volunteering life much easier. I was there during lockdown, so there wasn't much work to do and also there were few guests, but still it was a great experience. The Hostel is tidy, the rooms are comfortable and the lounge was always available for us to cook and just hang.... Probably because of lockdown, we volunteers had some flexibility for going on trips nearby and free time. I appreciated a lot (except for the cold weather hahaha) Thanks the hostel and Simona :)

Having Deise to 5elements was very nice, she confirmed to me one more time how warm and nice are Brazilian people. She was responsible for each one of her duties, never missing a shift and a the same time proved she's a team player. Personally, I would like to meet Deise again and the doors at 5elements are also open for her if she'd ever wish to come back. :)
