Hi Alfonso, thank you for your feedback!
In July we had more volunteers than we anticipated so it was hard to make sure that everyone enjoyed the experience to the maximum.
We hope that one day you may come back and enjoy the whole experience! - ECC Family

It was a great experience teaching English at the local school to all the different ages as well as in the afternoon school at the organization. The volunteers are the ones in charge of preparing what is gonna be teach in each class (except for some grades since they have their own book). The place is amazing, the food and the other volunteers too :)

IIt was a great experience to work with the organization again. I made so many international friends, and the host and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. During the Cambodian New Year, we had the chance to learn a lot about the culture and experience many new things together as a group

Teaching at the organization was incredibly fulfilling. The children are eager to learn, full of energy, and their enthusiasm made every lesson special. Managing a large, talkative class was challenging, but seeing their progress was heartwarming. The school is in a poor rural area, and both the facilities and accommodation are very basic. It's a stark contrast to Western comfort, but for me, it was eye-opening and humbling. If you're ready to step out of your comfort zone and make an impact, the organization is a great place to volunteer!

We spend 2 weeks at the organization and we loved this expierence, wish we could have stayed longer. Savon & Savuth are really nice hosts, the food is very good and the rooms are comfortable. 5 days a week there are English classes at the primary school close by where you help to teach English, all those kids are so lovely and thankfull when you are there. And after school you help with the free english class for all the kids of the village at the property of the organization where you teach some English in a fun & playfull way. If you're looking for a place to make a positve impact, this is it!

We stayed here for 2 weeks but this place will be in our memories forever! The children on school are so happy and cant stop smiling. We would recommend this to everybody. You dont need to be a teacher to apply and you dont have be a native English speaker. You also have enough free time to visit angkor wat or surrounding temples. And if you just want to relax.. there is a beautifull big swimming pool. The food is also amazing! 10/10 for sure!

My experience at the organization was great. The kids are lovely and eager to learn and the other volunteers where amazing. At the school, volunteers have full control over lessons, materials, and division of schedules being that there is no real teaching plan for the children to follow nor teachers to refer to for lessons (it is good to be many since there are two hours of class in the morning and three in the afternoon, plus an additional hour for kids who want to improve their English outside of school in the late afternoon). The house is spartan but the ladies who take care of it are very helpful!

Teaching at both the organization and the local primary school was an amazing experience! The children are adorable and eager to connect and learn with you. I was lucky to be part of such a wonderful group of volunteers, which made my time here even more enjoyable. Since the program is volunteer-led, they were also the ones who explained everything about the place and the teaching, which was really helpful. Savon and Savuth have lots of lovely dogs that are always happy to play – or to function as an early morning alarm clock!
