My experience at this volunteer was awesome, despite the hotel being closed because of the lockdown, Matthew and David welcomed me and treated me so nice, I felt very well received, the area is beautiful and full of nature and peace, with some nice cities nearby, the work was very relaxed and not too much, so everything was perfect, I will miss it and I 100% recommend it!!!

In a delicate moment of the covid-19, Matthew welcomed me as a volunteer like a father welcomes his son in a weak situation. A very nice place to enjoy nature. Very good atmosphere of volunteers. Easy work. I encourage everyone to apply and enjoy a great experience. long life and prosperity 🖖🏻

Being part of the hotel was a great experience to improve my English, learn new things, enjoy nature and to make new friends. I definitely recommend it! Matthew is a good host, always available to help and listen. I really appreciated that my sister and I had the same days off and he reassured us that if we had any problem to return home due to the covid we could come back. The work environment is pleasant and organized. The tasks are easy and the staff and volunteers were very receptive and cool. To sum up, this experience taught me a lot and I am very grateful!

If you want to better know the British culture, make friends and be part of a team, the hotel is the place to go! I had a great time with everyone, there were lots of volunteers to practice English and have fun. Our hosts, Matthew and David, really took care of us, they provide games, books, bikes and lots of food including vegetarian. They kindly invited us to a tour in the New Forest and to celebrate Christmas at their home. All the staff were amazing and I learned a lot with them (catering, cocktails, client service). Thank you Matthew, David, Richard, Josh, Renzo, and Luke!

I really enjoyed my wonderful stay in this hotel, I met incredible people and had unforgettable moments. These hosts (David & Matthew) are people who really care and look after the volunteers and make sure you have the meals you like. I had problems to return home when I was there and they supported and welcomed me and I'll always be very grateful about it. I just really have positive things to say about them. I would definitely recommend the experience at this hotel to everyone. Believe me, you won't regret it To David, Matthew, Richard and Renzo: Thank you so much for making me feel at home

I should stay for 2 months but I had to leave after 3 weeks because I had a personal problem. The tasks at the Hotel are easy and you have time to enjoy Brokenhurst. Sometimes the voluunteers has to clean the owner`s house on Sundays as well. The city is very beaufitul with a lot of poneis, horses and cows around. Sometimes I felt in paradise. I had my own room with a shared bathroom, and Matthew gives money to buy food. All the Hotel looks cute, if you like quiet and peaceful places close to the nature, it`s the best place to relax and enjoy your time.

The hotel is very welcoming, The work is really easy and he clearly outlines what is expected of you immediately. Surrounding food Matthew and David are very resourceful and orders all the food you would like. The area is very beautiful and peaceful, Brockenhurst is located in the heart of the new forest, so there are many places to explore in your free time, it's also only a half hour train ride from the nearest cities. Matthew is also very flexible regarding days off and takes tries to accommodate you as much as possible, I completely recommend this volunteering, you will not regret!

Foi a minha primeira experiência com a Wolrdpackers e foi incrível! Aprendi muito e toda a equipe sempre teve muita paciência em explicar tudo. Durante o mês que eu passei lá, tive conheci outros 9 viajantes, além dos staffs que em sua maioria eram locais, e foi muito bacana ter contato com realidades tao diferentes. Melhorei muito o meu inglês, que era um dos meus objetivos e aprendi diversas coisas que eu nunca tinha feito na vida. Agradeço muito aos anfitrioes pela oportunidade e estou super aberta caso alguém queira também viver a experiência e tiver alguma dúvida!
