The Pod was my first experience with WorldPackers, and now I fear I might get disappointed about what is to come ! I loved Liverpool and cannot wait to come back. The work in the hostel was fair and manageable, thanks to the amazing team running the place. Joseph and Kate are always here to help and answer any question you might have, I felt very welcome and I am very sad to be leaving ! Thank you so much the guest house time I spent with you, I have met great people here and I know I will always cherish the memories of Liverpool !

My time at the guest house was great, the host Joseph was always friendly, receptive, available to help and share information. The tasks were easy and simple to perform, with less than two hours a day I finished the tasks. The volunteers' room is cozy and well equipped, but a little small, which can get cramped when we are with 3 volunteers. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is in a neighborhood with all necessities close by, including many bus lines to downtown. I recommend the experience!

This experience has exceeded all my expectations. I couldn't ask for a better host! I was given clear instructions on the day I arrived as what my tasks will be, all straightforward. Every question I had was answered clearly and with patience. You will be able to grow and learn but most importantly you need to be committed to the tasks given. I will definitely be back if I had the opportunity!

It was my second time volunteering in the Pod, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hosts are wonderful people!!! And the hostel is a really nice and safe place to stay. It is an experience I would recommend to anyone.

I wanted to come back a second time since my first experience was wonderful. Once again, it was fantastic in terms of my tasks, as it had been in my previous experience, and everything was clear. I have also shared with other volunteers, and it has been fantastic. I would like to express my gratitude the guest house opportunity to work with Joesph and Kate, as always. Thank you for being encouraging, kind, and, most importantly, for making me feel at ease. As a worldpacker experience, I definitely suggest the guest house.

I had a very lovely stay at the guest house Residence. Joseph, Kate and Sally were very friendly and helpful, the tasks were simple and I could learn new skills during this period with their help. Also, I could make very good friends who I'm keeping for life. I felt like home. Also no words about Liverpool, such an amazing city, it will be always in my heart. I definitely recommend the Pod.

I'd want to express my gratitude to Joesph and Kate for being so kind, nice, and fantastic to me. In terms of the assignments, I thoroughly appreciated each and every one of them. Furthermore, each activity was well-explained, and the overall atmosphere was nice. I value the time I spent there since it allowed me to do my volunteer work while also allowing me to accomplish other things like work remotely and study. This was an amazing experience that I strongly recommend!

I had a very good experience at The Pod Liverpool. Tim, the host was always very receptive from day one, he was always there for whatever I needed. The Hostel has a great location close to Everton and Liverpool soccer stadiums. The work is very easy, but it is important that the volunteer is available to help! I spent four weeks at The Pod Hostel and I would recommend this experience. Thank you very much Tim.

100% the best management I've ever worked under. the manager tim is fair, honest, flexible and just in general a good chap. he will work around your schedule and the jobs are simple. changing sheets, cleaning rooms, kitchen and stairways & hosting guests. simple. locations good, you'll live on the same street as Everton stadium, theres a high street full of shops and everything you need (takeaways, food shopping, clothes, cafes & pubs) and your roughly 15 minuits away from the city by bus which is directly outside the hostel. all in all I had a great time thank you Tim and the pod!
